Went to JFK with 8 people last May (review overdue) Driver was great, couldn't be any nicer. He was on time, super guy. Bus or van looked nice and clean but had absolutely no shocks. It was a late night drive to JFK so we were all hoping to catch some z's. Did not happen, it was worse than riding on an old truck with no shocks, every bump shook the coach, no sleep. How they call it a coach or limo is beyond me. All and all very punctual both coming and going, but worse, most uncomfortable ride ever. I would never use them again. read more

I called every limo company in the Rhode Island area and not only were their prices the best, but they included tax and gratuity. Simplicity = hot. Used these folks when taking my parents out for their 50th anniversary this past summer with my family. I shopped for prices and they were the best rate I found. They were also the most pleasant on the phone. Gave me the right recommendations based on the number of people but also considered our special circumstances (three car seats) and steered us toward the limo that would be the most comfortable. Car was clean and it was modern. All the bells and whistles. Driver was a sweetie pie. Older gentleman who took extra measures to make it enjoyable. Brought in the cake from the trunk after we went into the restaurant so it could be a surprise for the folks. Great driver, too. (Review for services in 2012)- Excellent prices. (The best prices, actually. Believe me, I called 9 different limo services in the Rhode Island area). The woman on the phone was very helpful and gave me the total price for my quote, not just for the fare. This made it much easier to calculate how much I needed to ask my group to chip in. I think this showed that she understands how complicated it can be to try to arrange something for a large group when everyone is paying per-person. The limo arrived on time, very clean, with plenty of drink glasses. They also provided ice, as I had requested. Our driver, Cesar, was extremely nice and courteous. What a great car service. The BEST price. The BEST drivers. The BEST company in RI when car service is needed for any special event you are planning. My company interviewed many transportation companies prior to choosing Arrow-Prestige, and they all failed in comparison. Pat and Mary Beth in the office were more than accommodating with our requests and helped guide us to the best decision for our function. We used the 10 passenger limo, the 37 passenger executive shuttle, and the 25 passenger standard shuttle. All vehicles were showroom clean, and up-to-date. The three drivers we had working our event were possibly the best drivers I have EVER had the pleasure of working with (and I travel quite a bit). I called Arrow 3 days before we had wedding in Newport, we needed a ride home at 11:00 PM during the 3 day weekend. I am terrified of driving over the bridge and did not want to attempt it after drinking and being out all day. Arrow, agreed to pick up at 11 pm, and the SUV was there on time. We requested a vehicle to get from RI to Logan Airport for an early morning flight. I reserved for two persons and specified we had several pieces of luggage. A beautiful town car arrived in plenty of time to load up. There was a small problem in that the trunk was not spacious enough to contain our luggage. The driver was determined, and we managed to get all the pieces in the vehicle and 'on the road' in time. Not the best way to start a day, but we worked it out thanks to the helpful driver. The car provided a very nice ride, the driver was friendly, the car was clean and there was bottled water available to us if needed. We were a bit 'squished' as we had to share the cabin with luggage, but again, we were making due with what we had. Arrival at Logan was made in good time, but we ended up at the wrong drop off location. Once the limo pulls in to Logan, there is a charge, so driving around again to drop off at the correct spot, which we had passed, was out of the questions. The airline had changed it's drop off points, so the driver was not to blame. An airline staff member offered to take us to the correct location with a cart to move our luggage. Aside from the two 'oops' moments mentioned, it was a good experience and I would happily use their services again. read more

Had my wedding this past weekend and used Arrow Prestige for the 4 hours of the preparty, revealing, and ceremony. The driver arrived early, in a nice suit, was courteous, helpful, took pictures of us and was a complete pleasure to work with. The limo itself was nice and matched the description of the size noted when I spoke to the lady who took the reservation. They also beat the competition on cost by a long shot. We did have a slight mishap with the air conditioning at the very end, but nonetheless were very pleased with the level of service received. read more

We hired Arrow for five hours for my wedding to transport guests to and from the venue and hotel. They were the only company in the area who would work with our specific timing needs and were super flexible with making everything work. They did two hours to transport guests to the ceremony, and then three hours to transport them back to the hotel from the reception. They even stayed later than their scheduled time to wait for the stragglers when it was the last shuttle run after the wedding. Everyone was transported safely, and it was perfect. One of the few vendors I didn't even have to think about the day of, which was a godsend. Always friendly and flexible when dealing with them. I highly recommend. read more

Our daughter recently got married and I researched lots of transportation options for this event and I had the good fortune of being able to hire Arrow-Prestige Limousine and our experience was flawless! The entire staff especially Marybeth and Patrick were beyond accommodating to the needs of our guests. Since I had utilized the service for a previous wedding of a family friend as a test of their services I knew to request Brian, Pat, Peter and Craig as our drivers. During that event, we had a medical emergency and both Brian and Pat took care of us as if we were family to them so I knew that they were the company to hire for our daughters wedding. On the day of the wedding, what was impressive is that they all arrived on time (actually a little early for good measure), in professional attire (clean and starched) and in spotless and safe transportation! I also need to mention that they all had smiles on their faces which made everyone feel very comfortable! With such a large party requiring multiple vehicles, we had to make a number of changes throughout the planning period and some were even last minute. Without the guidance and patience of Marybeth it would have been one more thing that I would have had to worry about but she was an absolute peach to deal with and had everything under control for me. I was confident that I had nothing to worry about and guess what? I didn't! She recommended what vehicles to use, coordinated the timing of pick up and drop offs at numerous locations and everything was perfect! I can honestly say that I would never chose any other transportation service company because after thoroughly researching others I found the staff to be pleasant and professional, the cost was reasonable, and the vehicles were safe and clean. This company was wonderful to work with. I needed a limo for a bachelorette party and booked my reservation over the phone after requesting an online quote. The person I spoke with was courteous and had a sense of humor, and they made sure that we had everything planned and priced correctly. Our driver was named Craig (not sure on the spelling) and he was wonderful. He showed up right on time and waited for our whole party to arrive. He was consistently friendly, accommodating, professional, and patient. The limo itself was very clean and came stocked with drinking glasses and cold bottled water. At the end of the night the girls were very hungry. We pulled up to a McDonald's that had an open drive through, and Craig actually tried to get them to open up for us. Arrow-Prestige provided two limos to transport our wedding party to our ceremony and reception, and we were very pleased we chose them for our big day. The limos were prompt, clean, and comfortable, and the drivers were so courteous and professional. It rained during our trip from the hotel to the ceremony, and our driver made sure that all the ladies were dry and comfortable. As the bride, I was so impressed and relieved when he said that he had called ahead to the chapel and had arranged for our limo to go in through a side gate of the grounds, so that we could dash into the back door of the chapel and minimize our time in the rain! Our drivers even had umbrellas ready to go at the first sign of rain. I was on a Rally Bus for the January 21 March to Washington, DC. Our driver, Brian was from your company. On the way down, our bus broke down, and we were stuck in NJ for about 4+ hours -- Brian was absolutely amazing, keeping calm, keeping all of us calm, and working very hard to get us the help we needed, and finally getting us to our destination, late, but nevertheless, got us there. I use Arrow typically 2 times a week...never again after tonight. I paid for a Mercedes sedan for a late night pick up from Logan to my home in RI. I recently had surgery on my ankle and am in a boot and need to stretch out my leg. As I have been a customer for a couple of years they also know I do not like SUVs. When I arrive at Logan, there is a Chevy suburban waiting for me. These vehicles have no room in the back seat. I asked the driver why they sent an SUV when my reservation clearly says sedan. He said "I told them you wouldn't be happy". Apparently they had a large group to drop off at Logan earlier and wanted to make life easier for them and didn't feel the need to provide the service I paid for. I am now jammed in the back seat and have to put my leg up on the seat at an awkward angle for the 1.5 hr ride home. Thanks for the back pains, Arrow! I had a special request for transportation to and from Montreal for my wedding, and worked with the owner of the business to arrange this trip. He made it very easy for us, and very clearly laid out what the costs would be, the timing, really managing expectations. First off, I struggled to find another local provider for this trip, so their only competition was a national charter company or two, who wanted 50-75% more for the same journey. Prestige is a family business and therefore much more personable and easy to deal with. They were honest every step of the way, and it really felt okay trusting them to transport my family 400 miles to attend my wedding. The driver, Paul, was fantastic and I could not have asked for a more reasonable guy to safely take my family up to Montreal. Overall, they made this part of our big day stress-free and made sure we were moving according to the schedule. I would highly recommend them for critical jobs, such as your wedding, as it simply isn't worth it to gamble with less reputable vendors. They've been in business for 60-70 years for a reason.
