These guys are great. I ended up with two accidents in one month (one my fault, one not), and I went back to them for the second time because they were so great the first. Really nice, kept me in the loop and, as a woman, didn't make me feel dumb or talked down to. With car stuff, I've had that problem before, no matter how much I actually know. They even send you pics as they work on your car. Great service! Update: I actually went back to them a week after getting my car back because I thought something was wrong with my car from them fixing it. Charged me over $3,2000 to do paint correction on my 2016 Corvette Z06 and have rocker panels installed. The parts that was corrected had water spots and buffer marks in the paint. I have a removeable top that was in perfect condition when I brought it in. Now there is a big rub mark from where someone removed top improperly and caused rub mark on the top. A lot of spots was also missed on the paint correction. A good job was done on the rocker panel installation and window tint, but overall I would not recommend. I didn't want to leave a star. I used Liberty Collision before back in the year 2014 my in covered the then costs. It's why I decided to use them again but never will I again. I placed the custody of my vehicle with the Owner named Luis on May the 30th of 2021. The fist week with him I had troubles with the insurance vendor to take out my windshield. So I hired my own vendor. I had rust damage above my windshield where the Gass company refused to install a new windshield without first the rust damage being repaired. It was a simple one - two week simple repair. Luis charged me$600.00 and he was paid in advance. He or his employees never reached out to me with a phone call ever. So one week turned into a month. Me calling Luis and his excuse to me was I simply forgot to do the work. So he promised that in a few days my vehicle would be ready. So two months goes by and no phone call. Again he has an excuse. I was short handed but we already have the damage repaired. We are painting the vehicle tomorrow so it will be ready. We'll that never happened. Now I'm receiving many calls from my windshield vendor because they are angry with Luis from his excuses. Finally I had enough and called Luis to let him know that I have phone recordings of my conversations with him and that if he doesn't have my vehicle ready by Monday that I was going to file charges against him with the states attorney Generals office. Well 4 days short of being 3 months since he's had my vehicle he calls and says come and get it. I then told my girlfriend how much you want to bet that my new battery is dead and he can't find the keys to my vehicle. My girlfriend asked me not be a pessimism. So we show up at Liberty Collision and right away Luis tells us that he can't find my keys. Then on top of that he informs us that he has to jump my battery because it is dead. He walks out of his office and my gi offers me a sincere apology saying that she was wrong. Luis then blames my Windshield vendor for the dead battery and lost keys. 15 minutes later he produces the keys. Getting into my vehicle on July 26th we find that the whole interior of my vehicle is drenched in water from the rain storms we had on the weekend. My vehicle stinks on the inside. We tried to vacuum it but it's sitting in my parking spot as water is still Dripping out of my vehicle and ots now Wednesday July 28th. Here's the best part. They removed my inner cab air conditioning filters because they where soaked. My vehicle is studdering when driving it. My certified Mechanic's diagnosis is that my vehicles computer and it's circuits and wiring is wet and damaged. Luis and his crew toots their horns about being Christians. Christians are not supposed to treat others this was especially not another Brother in Christ who's also permanently disabled. I have pictures while sitting out in his lot of the damage. I have phone recordings on all of my dealings with him and I took plenty of pictures and videos of my vehicle on the hour that I turned custody over to him. I'm very heart broken at how he treated me. I have ser health issues and several surgeries coming and he knew this as he did this to my vehicle. I also have other witnesses. Shame on you Luis and his Employees. Being a Christian isn't a title or knowing biblical words. It's how you treat others. He has no professionalism and lacks integrity. I don't care what other reviews say about him. Maybe those reviews are true or maybe just friends of his but I do know one thing. Like is about decisions in how you live your life and treat others. This bad business and a bad example how a real Christian should conduct himself. I will ponder legal action in my counsel when in prayers. What you did to me Luis was Extremely Calloused. I feel very Sad for you. God holds everyone accountable sooner or later. read more

After my daughter rear ended another student in the parking lot we agreed with the other parent to take the car to Liberty to save money by paying cash and avoiding increased insurance rates. What we learned the hard way is that they price gouge. Not only did our original estimate of $1528 go up another $100 (no complications or trouble on a "simple repair) the owner when questioned about it said, "I had no idea you were trying to save money." After the wave of emotions associated with an accident, no one enjoys the work that must be done thereafter. I was in an accident a few months back, which happened to be my first ever! Once I was given the list of companies to contact, I randomly selected Liberty Collision Center. Thank goodness I did! From the moment I contacted them, they were extremely empathetic and helped explain the process going forward for me. They also offered additional assistance, such as providing their direct contact for a car rental if this was not covered with my insurance. This was to ensure I received a discounted rate due to the accident. This pleasant attitude followed when I dropped my car off at the actual location. They even told me I did a good job of attaching and taping my mirror back to the car. :) In my mind, this was another way of making me feel better about the occurence. Due to the complexity of the damage, they took a bit longer than expected, but contacted me to give me a heads up. The communication was greatly appreciated. When my car was ready, they called to let me know it could be picked up. It was an hour before their closing time, but they offered to stay late for me to arrange transportation to get there. When I arrived, it looked like new! They thoroughly walked me through all they had done and took care of all communication with my insurance company. I could not have asked for a better company to work with. Every employee I encountered was extremely kind and knowledgeable. If you are in the surrounding area and have them as an option of service with your insurance provider, I would highly recommend selecting them, if only for the ease of mind!
