I literally attended all of the recommended specialists at MY expense that Dr. Coker suggested and asked a total of a staggering 9 TIMES by telephone to sit down and discuss my "treatment plan" which I know NOW never existed. 3 medical specialists ordered me to seek treatment IMMEDIATELY due to a bacterial infection that had leaked under my crowns. Dr. Coker's office lied and denied my referrals after taking me on as a patient, which has now put me in a life threatening situation due to delaying my dental care and using up my dental insurance!!. When I tried several times to use the suction tube to get the water out of my mouth because I was choking...she told me "I need you not to do that and touch my arm". Oh and do not schedule an appointment near lunch - as I was also told they had to "find a dentist" for me. I mean then don't schedule your clients for 11 am appointments if everyone goes to lunch at noon. Front desk snapped at me when I asked for my treatment plan too - for services they recommended and that I would pay them to perform (took a week to get it, but I am not going back).
