Getting to and from this location is probably my biggest qualm. It's a busy area and getting in and out of the parking lot takes some patients, some luck and definitely some pushiness. In my experience you will be waiting all day for someone to LET you out, you need to get yourself out. The lobby is smaller than some other locations but it is more than enough space in my experience. The staff is always friendly and gets you checked in quickly and the board to see your wait is clearly posted. I have never waited long in this location usually only waiting 5 minutes before they call me back. I always do my orders in app or on the site as it gives you great detail on the product and it takes away the pressure I feel to make a quick decision in person. I usually make a cart in the morning and then relook at it, make any adjustments and put in an order for the afternoon or early evening. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I just try to make my visit as quick as possible. Every Budtender I have ever had was great! The products are what you expect from Trulieve and you need to remember you get what you pay for. Luckily they are always having sales and offers, always make sure to check these out.

On several occasions, I have encountered highly unprofessional behavior from two specific employees. A female staff member, identifiable by her glasses, skinny, wears Disney lanyard for her keys .consistently displayed a dismissive and rude demeanor, often responding to inquiries and the male Old man wears the same sweater with a beard/goatee short grey hair they both work the same shifts together them two .

Problem with MUV delivery team again...I cannot in good conscience, EVER recommend that ANYONE use…read moretheir delivery service. In Store, service has been fine up to great. Delivery, seems to be the one area, this business, probably should stay out of , or find a new delivery team...Its supposed to be convenient, not problematic, borderline terrible service. Placed an order on 06/10/2023 for delivery between 11:00 - 12:00 pm. Received a call from MUV, stating they would add me to the schedule for delivery on 06/12/2023. They stated that I'd get a call, with a more accurate window for delivery. That call never happened, and MUV did not deliver the order. I called later that afternoon to ask where my order was, and they stated that it was cancelled, but could re-add me to the schedule for Tuesday if I would like. I never cancelled it, but I agreed to be added for next day. I asked what the window was, they stated I'd get a call that day, with a more updated time. When I never got a call by noon (keeping in mind, this order was placed 3 days prior....), I decided to call them to find out status, they said there was 6-7 deliveries ahead of mind, so that I should wait until 4 pm. I never got the "updated window" call, so I decided to go to a closer, more convenient dispensary, only to find out MUV subtracted the amount from the state registry, under my recommendation, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT DISPENSED, OR DELIVERED. Now I cannot go to another dispensary until MUV decides they want to put it back, if they even bother, given customer service team, was rude, and condescending. If you are going to use MUV, don't bother using their delivery service, go to the location, or you will be disappointed, and regret it. 400+ dispensaries in the state, there are many other choices!

This was my closest store for years but all 3 or 4 times I went were bad experiences, not because…read moreof any other reason but this location is simply not staffed well enough for their traffic. It was just quicker to go further to another location. This parking lot is always full and the lobby is always standing room only. This location is always BUSY. The staff here are always friendly and helpful but it is clear they have way too many patients for their staffing. They try their best but you can tell they are constantly just trying to keep their head above water. I always do orders online which normally save time and makes the visits quick and easy but that simply isn't the case for this location. I have waited over 45 minutes for a pick up and I know walk ins were waiting well over an hour. Back a few years ago this wasn't so bad as you could wait in your car and get a text when to head in, but things changed and they can no longer send those text you are all left waiting in the lobby. The product is what you expect from Trulieve. You get what you pay for but luckily they always have stuff on deals or sales. Again, the staff here are great. All are knowledgeable on the product and very friendly. They try their best to get you in and out it's simply impossible.

They take double payments if you don't realize, you simply just do not! I have had to call them and my bank several times within 7 months. The 18th they take their money out of my account (this time one payment) Today I get a call from the dispensary stating they may my refs are all cancelled and they will have to cancel my order.... I call marijuana doc and they tell me oh it's because you have to renew! Someone should have called you... but they DID NOT!! Not one person yet they took the money out of my account. I work 12 hour shifts and have a surgery I have been prepping for with appointment (blood work, EKG', chest X-rays, etc) exams being some after my 12 hour work shifty. So no time to think about anything else other than that. I was told I would get a call, so that is what I was expecting when the time came. No call, no meds now for over a week because of course they aren't open until Wednesday (today in Monday) And I have two doc appointments already scheduled for Wednesday. Next available is next week. So the the individuals that are responsible for me not being able to get my medicine for a week, please do your job!! I am pretty certain if this was your issue, you would be just as disappointed! Incredibly mind blowing!!!!!!! Now I am trying to call them back to simply get a refund to look for another doctor and they keep hanging up. Wow!! Update: no refund so had to stay with the doctor another 7 months.. the coordinator stated she put them in and I will be able to go to the dispensary right away!! I go to the dispensary and they state it is still canceled.... So I figure it may take a bit. I head over to labcorp and the next day after work put a 423$ order in. I get a call from the dispensary that they can not fill my order because it doesn't start until the 30th of March I'm am beyond annoyed now! Of course it's a Saturday after med doc is closed and they are closed Sundays also, now I have to wait until Monday to contact them yet again!!!!!! What type of place is this? Take your money and don't take care of their patients what so ever! Please do yourself a favor and look for another doctor and stay away from this place!
