This was my closest store for years but all 3 or 4 times I went were bad experiences, not because of any other reason but this location is simply not staffed well enough for their traffic. It was just quicker to go further to another location. This parking lot is always full and the lobby is always standing room only. This location is always BUSY. The staff here are always friendly and helpful but it is clear they have way too many patients for their staffing. They try their best but you can tell they are constantly just trying to keep their head above water. I always do orders online which normally save time and makes the visits quick and easy but that simply isn't the case for this location. I have waited over 45 minutes for a pick up and I know walk ins were waiting well over an hour. Back a few years ago this wasn't so bad as you could wait in your car and get a text when to head in, but things changed and they can no longer send those text you are all left waiting in the lobby. The product is what you expect from Trulieve. You get what you pay for but luckily they always have stuff on deals or sales. Again, the staff here are great. All are knowledgeable on the product and very friendly. They try their best to get you in and out it's simply impossible. read more

I've been going to the Davenport location for some time which is not even close to the quality standards of Trulieve. Highly recommend specifically this location. I just had the most jarring awful experience with "Evette" on march 11th around 8:30 at this location. She started by making nasty comments and saying I "shook my head at her" and kept making awful comments then said my card was expired even though it's not the other gentleman who actually helped said there looked like there was a glitch of some kind. She made horrible comments to the point it ruined my whole night. I've never had an experience this awful anywhere. She was directly starting an actual argument and she was on the clock I have never even come close to speaking like that at my job. I will be taking this to higher management and will no longer be going to any trulieves at any location. I came multiple times a week and will never be back. This would have been startling even if she wasn't clocked in to her job let alone the fact she's getting paid to treat customers like that? And she single-handedly lost a loyal customer and I will spread the word. Sad. read more

Recently I was approved for a medical marijuana card in Florida for my migraines. However, I was worried I wouldn't find a local dispensary or they wouldn't have what I need or the service would be horrible. Luckily, I was wrong about all of that with Harvest. They were very friendly. Set up my account for me, explained very patiently what each of the products were and the outcomes. Speaking about products, they seemed to have everything I was looking for & more! I purchased a couple bottles of capsules and a chocolate raspberry edible. They weren't too expensive either! I mean like a normal Trulieve, feels like a doctors office, don't bother coming for a pick up if you don't have that second email and tap express pickup because they will take the whole lobby and then complain to you that you didn't give them enough time. They should prioritize pickup order if they check in before they send that stupid link. They ask for 2 hours to pull 5 canisters off the shelves, I get there's other orders but there is different ways to handle said situation. read more

Review update - harvest now seems to have a steady supply of goods, however there is no refund policy for bad goods or no effect. Essentially it's buyer beware. Along with that they charged the wrong routes for medical so at a different dispensary I was denied later because a mistake that Harvest did. On top of that Harvedt employees promoted new memeber benefits that can be enjoyed after you renew your medical card. I don't know how best to say it they just rest like you are new. Thing is they did not even check and then when they realized they made a mistake I had to ask for them to correct it and to still give me those benefits. They admitted to the mistake and were not going to correct anything mentioned unless I tell them to. To put it short they are a bit of a joke read more

Initially they were great to go to. However in the past few months they are BEYOND inconsistent. You have to call daily to see IF their supply truck will even show up. And if you can't make it there when it does you are out of luck as they don't order enough to make it to the next day before they are out of product. Employees tell you "don't know if it will be in today, and no we don't know what supplies would be on the truck even if it does make it". That may work if you run a dollar store, but when you supply NECESSARY MEDICATIONS a little more concern for your patients is EXPECTED!!! read more

I have now been here twice and have found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and willing to educate me since there is a lot I don't know about this. They are difficult to locate as their address is indeed route 192, but their location is in a little portable trailer behind the building. Great customer service and a very informative and friendly staff. Val was who helped us navigate through the products and she was extremely personable. True, there wasn't much of a selection, however they are new to Florida and it's completely understandable as they are building up to where other established dispensaries are here. The carts were very reasonably priced for their content and my husband even received one for free with his purchase. They were also getting in their flour selection that day, so they are definitely working on their inventory. Don't count them out as they are leading in the industry elsewhere and will be up to par in Florida very soon. Also, this place was actually very easy to find (I read previous reviews and scoffed at the difficulty one man had in finding the location) as I used my eyes to locate their sign.
