This was my favorite go to Trulieve dispensary when I lived in the area even though it wasn't my closest. I am sad I moved away and have to get a new regular location. Getting to and from this location is probably my biggest qualm. It's a busy area and getting in and out of the parking lot takes some patients, some luck and definitely some pushiness. In my experience you will be waiting all day for someone to LET you out, you need to get yourself out. The lobby is smaller than some other locations but it is more than enough space in my experience. The staff is always friendly and gets you checked in quickly and the board to see your wait is clearly posted. I have never waited long in this location usually only waiting 5 minutes before they call me back. I always do my orders in app or on the site as it gives you great detail on the product and it takes away the pressure I feel to make a quick decision in person. I usually make a cart in the morning and then relook at it, make any adjustments and put in an order for the afternoon or early evening. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I just try to make my visit as quick as possible. Every Budtender I have ever had was great! The products are what you expect from Trulieve and you need to remember you get what you pay for. Luckily they are always having sales and offers, always make sure to check these out. read more

Twice as many checkout stations as the original Orlando location and stock that will blow your mind for availability. Trulieve is really THE one stop shop in Orlando. This location is easily the worst next to the one on N OBT. They have no control over their inventory system, and frequently represent products not in stock. Avoid this Dispensary if you want an easy experience. The location is in a difficult to reach plaza with horrible parking, and they are extremely slow in helping you. Update after response: If you can call the comment a response, it's really an attempt to reduce public exposure to negative reviews, by asking them to be funneled to an email. After chatting with their web reps(see screenshot) it's clear that Trulieve has an inept inventory system. No integrations with store inventory and website. Additionally they give preference of product and sale availability to walk-in customers over disabled or immobilized customers whom place pick-up or delivery orders. Stating that an online order could be packaged and sold to a walk in customer, instead of reserved for the pick up/delivery order. This is a blatant discrimination against disabled persons, and will be reported. read more

My experience here is a mixed bag. The first time you go you will get treated like royalty. Staff is always really nice and really caring. Recently had several issues with their website and inventory. Two online orders ago I was charged a different price in the store then I was online, it took a couple people and me standing my ground before it was agreed to refund me the difference. My last online order was deleted out of the system with no courtesy of any communication. If you don't have the product the website shouldn't sell it to me, if the website does sell it to me and the person bagging the order doesn't have the product, shouldn't they call me? Inform me? I had my interview with my doctor on May 8. I paid for my card and everything else May 8. I was told by Trulieve that I can't purchase anything until I get an email from the State. Everything is paid for and I have to wait 10 days for an email? When I first received my endorsement from the doctor, I was able to buy medication after my doctor endorsement. Imagine being a cancer patient and hearing, "Sorry, no medication for you until you get an email." How bizarre is that? C'mon Florida, you can do better than that. read more

I normally am quite happy with Trulieve, but I am going to leave this HONEST and scathing review in hopes they make some personnel changes. No customers should have to deal with what happened on August 13 ever again. And the leader in charge of the colossal clusterphuck of August 13? His name is CHARLES, and he has quite a lot to learn about leadership and how to treat and talk to customers. The entire store was completely unorganized, and every waiting customer was SPITTING MAD. Under Charles' "leadership", I was checked in, and called back, to be told my order wasn't ready. When I expressed confusion as to why I was even called back, he went to talk to a lady, who told him that the DELIVERY order that I placed at a DIFFERENT STORE was packed and ready right then at that location (which was even more puzzling), but the order for pickup I placed much earlier for the S. OBT location was not ready. The lady who spoke to me (Emily) told me they were having some challenges that day with many people calling out, and you could tell she was under some pressure. But Charles on the other hand, was snarky, rude, sarcastic and very CURT with me. He offered garbage service, and was nasty about it. The young man who helped me was very good, but his hands were tied when Charles interjected and gave him poor advice and exercised poor leadership. One of your employees preparing orders didn't seem to know what he was doing, and Charles was not helpful to him either, Adam had to help him. Charles is going to severely hurt your brand. Even though I was standing right there, he acted like I was an inconvenience and tried to put me off by telling me to call a CALL CENTER. That alone spoke volumes. He created a great deal of customer upset and dissatisfaction on August 13, 2020, and could very well be the reason for so many call-outs that day. He is snarky, rude, sarcastic and has a way of exacerbating customer dissatisfaction. Under his "leadership", there was ZERO organization. ZERO people skills. For the first time ever, I am unhappy with Trulieve, and you can thank Charles for that. It was total chaos. Everyone was angry. BTW, I did NOT call any call center. Another young lady there who was checking people in and knows what decent customer service is took care of me so I didn't have to. I wish I remembered her name. She was checking people in during the evening. One more point about the disorganization: I placed a delivery order at the Millienia store for 8/14. Placed a PICK UP same day order at S. OBT. Went to S. OBT to pick up my pick up order. Not ready, but they gave me my DELIVERY ORDER from the Millenia store. Yet, they turned many other people away that same day empty-handed because they "ordered from the wrong store". This location is a hot mess. On another note, Adam was one of my absolute favorites because since day one that I have been your customer, he has been fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and we're losing him to the Longwood store. I'm still reeling over my visit to this store the other day.Mother says "I could chew nails and spit rust".I'm a good Trulieve customer (usually go to Orlando North).My purchase was so frustrating and chaotic.I ended up with stuff I didn't even want. I just wanted to get out of there so badly. I was shaking when I left-and then when I found out I spent over $200 on product I really didn't want.I was clearly wronged-instead of looking like that,I probably came off as a hot head.I tried to keep cool but I was so angry. I've been very good about not writing a very nasty review and mentioning the employees names,but I was very close. If you look at my review of Orlando North, you will see that I write very very positive reviews when they are earned.I much prefer to do that. also still looking for my hoodie to be replaced,but I guess I gotta write that off too (waited in line for 4 hours on Black Friday (at Orlando North) to get a hoodie - when they opened the box,they used a box cutter.I didn't realize they sliced my hoodie til I got home.Now I get - it was a limited item,no replacement-so I waited 4 hours in line (first one in line) for a ripped hoodie.I think I have reasons to be angry.Very disappointed that I get all these "Sale" emails and when I get to the store an hour later,they have nothing in stock.that's happened more times than I care to count.Its very frustrating-When I go to trulieve,i have to take TWO buses each way (and I'm disabled) -to get there and to have you be out of product when I JUST recieved your "Sale" flyer is more than frustrating read more
