Based on that information, I moved forward and provided pricing to my client. After dropping off a detailed drawing on a Friday, I was told I'd have final numbers by Monday. Instead, I spent an entire week repeatedly calling for updates. Every time I called, I was told someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. Only after speaking with the owner on the following Friday did I finally receive a quote. The final price was $467, which was more than double what I had been led to expect. Mistakes happen, but poor communication and wildly inaccurate pricing put me in a difficult position with my client. After years of doing business here, this experience was frustrating enough that I took my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend them, they left nails on the roof, lots of them and never removed them. They installed the wrong window and have not been back to replace the window. The screens they repaired they did not put the tabs into the new screens, which makes it impossible to remove the screens as needed. They left one of the screens hanging out of the house because they could not reinstall it because it did not have the tabs They cracked some of the siding on the house. I have called several times, and it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list to get this even completed. I cannot warn anybody enough who reads this review. Do not use them, I do not know what happened to their company, but it seems to be in freefall. There is nothing that they can say as to why it has taken since June to come back and do the stuff that needs to be corrected. There was also a wasp nest, and they forgot their wasp spray and had to use my gasoline on the windows of the house to kill the wasps. They left nails and garbage and nails inside and outside of the house. I have really had it with them and I cannot emphasize enough go with somebody else other than them. The shutters that they installed on the sides of the windows, also seem to be not installed correctly and seem to be crooked.

With Kenny's expertise, it was determined that my 5,400 sq ft home in Evergreen, Colorado had significant hail damage that caused water penetration under the stucco, as well as damage to the gutters, roof, and windows. I hired Pinnacle to oversee the full restoration, which included all new windows, new stucco around the windows, and a new roof. From start to finish, Kenny and his team managed the project flawlessly. Kenny personally took the lead in working with my insurance company- meeting with the adjuster, making multiple calls, and sending countless emails- to ensure the entire scope of damage was covered. He followed through on everything he promised, and thanks to his persistence, my claim was fully approved. He truly made the process easy and stress-free for me. I also want to recognize the outstanding Pinnacle team members and subcontractors. Chris oversaw the entire project, Tyler managed the window installation, and his crew--Victor, Dayvd, and their team--were hardworking, respectful, and courteous. I always felt comfortable leaving them in my home even when I was not present. Screen repair and replacement went off without a hitch. Prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was top-notch. Note, it was a two-step process because Larry had to visit our home twice. First to pick up the damaged screens and have them repaired. Then second, he brought the repaired screens and had them reinstalled. He did such a great job that we hired him to replace our very old storm doors. Because of the supply chain issues, we had to wait almost 2 months for the doors to come in. Not Larry's fault. They came out to install the shade last week and found out it was the wrong one it was electric not manual the installers said they would need to order a part. This week we found ou it would be 4 weeks before they could come back to finish the job. I am Very Frustrated with them and we can't say we won't finish paying them for the work because they already have our money I wish I would have said I wanted Liberty Homes to reimburse the second charge until they came back to install the shade.
