As a uber driver and my car being towed by this senseless driver , I lost everything to make a living for my child and I. As of Erie Insurance having the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was dealing with a liability adjuster by the name of ELENA ACEVEDO AT THE CHARLOTTE NC LOCATION. Anytime she needed documents or I needed information about my claim. Elena would literally never give me a straight answers, would never respond until days later. EXAMPLE: I needed documents from The Rawlings group itemized bills from my accident "EASY". This women stated at the End of May that theses documents will take up to 3-4 months to be completed. I called to get these documents sent to Elena before that time. Got in touch with assigned to an employee by the name of Seth M. He reached out to Elena/Erie Insurance July 8th by fax and email to get the documents she requested. Elena never responded until I contacted her manger Kim Lee over 4 times and also Kim's manager David M. When she did respond she stated she don't need to speak with Seth because theses are my bills that I'm requesting. So instead of responding to a fax you received over a week ago you rather me receive the documents in the mail then send it to you for you to send me a offer. I realized Elena really is unprofessional and her energy has been off Through this whole situation. I then got on Google and Googled her name and realize other African-Americans have been complaining about her antics/Racism and the way she treats us through this process. The other posts I found warned me about her giving BS settlements and guess what sure enough she gave me the most disgusting settlement. As if my child and I haven't been through enough. Please beware of this SCAM Company and the people working for it.

Dana Welfare knows nothing about customer service. She used the word, "they" and "them" when discussing an Erie claim with me. When I asked who "they" are she went on some diatribe about how they work for different people. So I asked again. She gave the same answer. When I explained that she had used the term "they" at least 5-8 time without telling who "they" were, she just started laughing. I called her boss, Jim Mitchell (704) 442-9393, that same day to discuss why Dana was so unprofessional as to just start laughing because she could not answer my question and he stated that they would find out and get back to me. That was 9/19/2019. I just received my first phone call back from them (10/15/2019) and it was Dana explaining that the claim was now closed. When I asked her again who "they" were, she said she had no idea what I was I was talking about. I told her the only conversation she and I had was on the 19th and that she used "they". She went on to make up some more BS and after asking for the third time in the conversation finally told me who "they" were. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ERIE, I KNOW YOU CAN HIRE SOME OTHER PEOPLE LIKE DANA WELFARE THAT EITHER IGNORE OR JUST DON'T DO THEIR JOB FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. Geico Plays Dangerous Games and Will Not Pay Was rear ended…read moreby an individual that was covered by Geico. Police came and did a report. I filed the claim with Geico. Individual refused to answer his phone and would not respond to any of their requests. As a result Geico refuses to pay the claim. So because he will not reply to their requests, he us not held responsible for it. Most of the blame belongs to Concord Police in North Carolina. Officer refused to write him a violation because he felt the driver was already having a bad day. I guess I'm going to drop my insurance and sign up with GEICO. If I am ever in a wreck and at fault as long as I don't respond when they call, I am off the hook. Now we all know how it works.
