I emailed called left messages text messages and no one ever responded on August 8 two days ago. I found out that this deleted put a vehicle. I do not own on my policy and was working on it behind the scenes without ever contacting I called and reached out and still at no avail have had any type of contact from this It's horrible. I left GEICO after being with them for many many years and in January 2025 I switched to this agency and they promised better and experience. It has been a disaster at my expense and I filed a formal complaint with State Farm line and filed a complaint for this location. I do not recommend using them at all.
