My rating for the outdoor lighting: 1 star. Currently, I'm having trouble because the automatic payment system charged me for 12/2024 when I vacated & gave notice before the end of 11/2024. My rating for the automatic payment system is 0 stars. Something extremely helpful in bad weather: You can drive your car or moving van/truck into the building on the south side, where CJ was a big help when I had to retrieve some winter gear in the rain. Sometimes other tenants have their cars in the 2 spaces where you can drive into the building, but when those spaces are open, they are wonderful because if you have a car or a small moving truck (not the big full-sized ones), you can drive in far enough that you can close the overhead door and work in relative comfort. My rating for these 2 drive in loading dock style bays is 5 stars.

The security here is a little stronger, with a full black metal gate that locks the entire compound from 10pm - 5am daily. This is separate from the keypad entry gate nested within. One note is that you'll need your own lock here (which is my preference anyway), but don't worry, you can buy one on-site. They also offer discounts to military and teachers, so make sure to inquire about that. The only downside is that my unit has some leaks and they are willing to fix them, but we have to identify where they are coming from... which is fair, but it's also going to take some time to figure out. They do offer pallets for free, so I feel like that helps with any unforeseen issues. The roads are paved to slant away from the units, so I feel like flooding shouldn't be an issue here. I've also been using more plastic bins and I've placed tarps over my cardboard boxes. I've been here for a few months now and am happy I switched to All Safe!

And my rate has only been increased once (ooops, maybe I shouldn't have said that, LOL). The gates have been replaced, they've installed a CCTV security system and replaced the staff with friendly and pleasant people. The facility is is well maintained and snow is removed promptly. Hat's off to Sherry and Dave for turning this place into a 5 star facility!

I got home and It was the wrong ubox. I had to come back and my ubox was not even ready. Steve took more than 30 min to get it. And gave me an attitude bOn top of all my wasted time. I got here at 10 am came back and left again at almost 1 pm. I wasted a lot of time. Steve kept saying I wasn't here for the last 3 days I didn't know or I wasn't told the ubox was in the warehouse.
