Absolutely awesome service and people. Pleasure slowly towing my 3 legged travel trailer to them after a catastrophic bearing failure on the 395, 9.5 miles away. (Well the slooow tow not so much pleasure). About an hour later left 4 legged with a whole new setup (luckily axle was ok). Reasonable $$ for parts and labor. If this happens again (NOT), hope I am still close to them!

My brake lights and turn signals went out on 395 south and I called Lindustries RV and spoke with Dave.

I figured the roundtrip of 54 rough and kidney rattling, tooth grinding miles on the horrible Racetrack Playa road had knocked off my alignment. It got worse. Driving down Trona Road near the intersection with 395, the wheel self destructed at the bearing assembly at 60MPH. It nearly came right off the truck with all the lug nuts intact. The hub blew apart and all the bearings and stuff were turned to shrapnel. The brake disc came out like 6 inches from the housing and cut through the caliper like a buzz saw. I'm lucky to be alive, just barely managed to wrestle the truck off the road without rolling it over. Tire skid marks were everywhere. When I got out of the truck, and immediately realized my whole day had just been ruined. Not driving this thing home! The wheel was sitting diagonally, sticking out several inches from the truck. It had nearly fallen completely off the truck at speed. It was locked up and the tires had been dragged down the pavement. I pulled out my phone, and amazingly had service, so I opened Yelp and searched for the nearest auto repair place. J&S came up, right around the corner from where I was. Joel picked up the phone and just happened to be driving by. He saw my truck out his window, and came right over within a few minutes. Arriving, he immediately jacked up the truck, and disassembled the hub. He found it to be completely destroyed, and so he took me and the parts back to his shop and we tried to source new parts. It turned out the parts were dealer special order only, and it was Sunday afternoon. I'd be stranded there until at least Tuesday if we waited for them. So he told me the options. I needed to get home quickly. So Joel actually went out of his way to get me an absolutely incredible deal on a tow all the way back to my hometown, which was two and a half hours away! He also waited there with me for the tow truck for over an hour, and then gave me another incredible deal on the labor. He also accepts credit and debit cards from his mobile phone right on the side of the road, which is a huge plus, especially in an industry and area that is often known for only accepting cash or checks - both of which you may not have while traveling through the middle of the desert. Joel is a really humble and hardworking guy, and definitely someone who actually cares about the outcome for his customers, and not merely his own bottom line. When you're in a jam, the last thing you want to be worried about is getting taken advantage of by a mechanic, so finding a reliable and trustworthy one is a must. When you're in a jam, this is the guy you want to call. Even though we couldn't find the parts in time, he helped me and my truck get home safely and quickly, and I was sleeping in my own warm bed by that night. I'm at home safe and sound now, and the truck is in my local shop for the week while we wait on those special order parts. If you read some of the other 5 star reviews, you will see that this is not a one time thing. Joel has helped many people in the past in similar situations. I'm tremendously grateful that he helped me, and he will probably be able to help you too.

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!
