Several issues were eventually resolved because of his worker Diego. His prices are very high for basic services (for example he charged 220$ to replace (not install) an outlet. Run, don't walk away. The outlet he installed under the sink is attached to a switch on the wall that constantly blows out. He will bill you without approving extras. After giving him more than 18k in cash, he still came back for more. Not happening.

We considered…read moretheir competitors in the area even the SubZero/Wolf certified repair people but all of them get poor reviews and don't answer the phone when you call or when they do an appointment is a week away! When you call for a refrigerator repair you already have an issue and therefore are in a bind to get fixed as soon as possible - and they clearly state they have a warranty on their work so it was work the shot. Well, Certified Refrigeration answered my call, Joe the owner called me personally to get a sense of what the issue is and advise me of which tech he will send out and approximately when he will get there. He also told me what to do to prepare for the tech. Paul, one of the techs, came out within 1 hour of my call, 1 hour?! That is faster than many restaurant deliveries. Paul was great - he was technical yet personable, and well articulated. He took thorough look, explained the two possible problems and that he will need to figure out whether resolving one would fix the other or if both need to be addressed in their own right. He gave me an instant quote of how much the job would be and it was right on the mark at job completion. They also proactively replaced a few bulbs that were out and defrost timer in the refrigerator at no extra charge. Thanks Paul and Joe for saving the day!

After 48 hours I hadn't heard back so I called again. Their team once again took my info and said someone will reach out soon. It's now been a week and I still haven't heard back. I ended up finding a different repair place that was much more responsive and had a technician out to look at my feeezer in less than 24 hours.

Yikes! Brittany, a manager of some sort has failed to respond to my email regarding an incorrectly…read moresoldered pipe. I refuse to call Carrie Anne as there only so much condescending and smug I can tolerate with issues like this. Mike, the service supervisor told me noises and videos were okay that every HVAC technician I've shown to, including his own team, all said there is no way that was acceptable. Unless they hired new technicians I would be very aware of them. Julian wired my zone valves backwards, doesn't solder properly and confidently tells you issues are fixed when they are not. Dante tells you leaks aren't a thing and shortly after they become one, installs circulators wrong and also gives up when "his head hurts" from trying to fix a problem he can't solve, to then leave with the issue still present. Justin calls every technician and breakdowns on your stairwell. Ahmed tells you a leaking gasket is not the issue and changes something else only to have the gasket be an issue and have to come back two hours later. I would strongly suggest using anyone other than Carpenter and Smith.
