I went there to get my septum pierced and I'm telling you NEVER GO TO THIS PEICER SHE IS TERRIBLE!!! She had pierced my septum piercing, and it was visible way past my septum. She pierced it in the wrong place and caused really bad scar tissue and my nose has been messed up since.... to this day they are refusing to give my money back because I had to take it out right as I was there and they told me they would give me my money back and lied. Save your body and your money. I was confused why she wasn't cleaning the needles properly before and I believe thats why I got bad scar tissue and a bad infection. Very unprofessional didnt clean her supplies and didnt even mark where she was piercing. I had a great tat done by Marco when he was first in Houston and was pretty much bummed when he decided to move out of town...but he'd done some a great job with the first tattoo that I had received from him, so I decided I'd just have to drive out from Houston to have him work on another great idea i'd been working on for my 2nd tat from Marco. Needless to say, it was a bigger job than we'd anticipated and I had to make a couple of visits out to College Station, but the end result was Epic! - I'm still working on some idea for a half-sleeve for the other arm and I will most definitely make as many drives out to the sticks as I need to just to go to these guys. When Lee moved from Austin to College Station, I'm not gonna lie...I was pretty devastated. He's my go-to guy for all of my quirky tattoo needs! He's not going to try to rip me off. He doesn't have the attitude or ego that even much lesser artists I've encountered have. And he has a great studio! I love the whole 70's man cave vibe there...it reminds me of an old school tattoo studio. Love the decor! And in a great location as well. I made a day of it. I hit a few stores, had lunch, got tattooed, stopped by the antique store next door to Liberty, and then hit Starbucks and headed home. Parking can be an issue, you need to either park behind the building or in the lot next door where Starbucks is. It's super easy to find and Lee will be your do-right guy. I went in to get my nose piercing and Wednesday was absolutely awesome. I have an extremely low pain tolerance. She did my nose piercing and it was almost painless. I'm very disappointed in my most recent experience. I don't know what piercer they have in to replace Wednesday since she's on maternity leave but she is awful. She is not consistent, completely arrogant and rude, and flat out did one of the worst jobs I've ever seen. The nose piercing was absolutely crooked. Had to use a bandaid to attempt to straighten it but it was no use. We went back and she ADMITTED she messed up but said they didn't do refunds. The quality of the jewelry was great but I know that's Wednesday's. And Wednesday is AWESOME. The quality of the piercer however was absolutely not. I feel horrible for suggesting my friends go here because I didn't know Wednesday was gone. The new piercer is horrible. Do NOT go until Wednesday is back. read more

I meant to write a review a long time ago. From the outside/driving by, this place looks a little sketchy (sorry guys). But inside, it's been redone and it's new hardwood floors and their art is all over the walls, and they have a nice sitting area with a TV. That parking is a little bit of a hassle, since it's such a small lot, but there's a Starbucks next to it, a street over, and you can park in their lot and walk over. I got my tattoo done by Jeremy R and I cannot wait to get another tattoo done by him! His work is amazing, and he has so much variety he does. He gave my a flat rate which I really appreciated and you pay for what you get and it was money well spent. This place is terrible. After reading great online reviews my friend and I went to liberty tattoo to have our noses pierced. Not only did they fail to check our IDs, but they also used the wrong jewelry to pierce my nose. When I woke up the next morning, my piercing was sticking out of my nose. So I went to another tattoo parlor to have to have my piercing fixed. Liberty tattoo used a dog bone piercing instead of an L shape like they were suppose to. On top of the 30 dollars that I spent to get my piercing, I had to pay an additional 10 dollars to another tattoo parlor to have my jewelry fixed. As I had my piercing fixed, the tattoo artist pointed out multiple flaws in the piercing. After telling people my story, I was informed that Liberty tattoo is terrible. I am not sure why they have good reviews. I would NOT recommend Liberty tattoo for anyone who is considering a getting a piercing. read more

I don't want to say this place is awful but the experience I had was astonishing. I went in for a VERY simple, small tattoo. I don't know the guys name because well, he never gave it to us. I can say, however, that his station was in the front right. I was only asking for a floral design of an astrology symbol and he said he couldn't do the flowers, so instead I asked for stars, again said he couldn't do it, because it "just wouldn't look good". Which is fine, I appreciate his advice, but this is something that will be on my body forever, and I didn't ask for his advice, I loved the design. While waiting for him to draw up something, that I again didn't like, two other girls came in & he told them "hey she came in while you were gone so it's going to be a while"... it almost felt like he was shooting down every thing I suggested/wanted so he could just get us out of there. My experience was horrible with this guy. With all of this being said, I went to Carlos at Legacy Tattoo and he delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. Highly suggest going to him. Not the place to get pierced. Went in for a simple ear piercing, and they didn't disinfect my ear beforehand. Then after a day, I couldn't even see the back of the earring anymore.
