Lexi took her time in helping me decide a good size and didn't mind printing out different sizes. She also understood exactly what I wanted from my fairly vague email. My friend and I got matching tattoos and she was so careful about the placement, making sure they were both aligned with each other. Offered me numbing cream, which had never been offered to me for my other tattoos. You definitely get your moneys worth from this place. My son's tattoo was painless and I thought Mikey did a wonderful job. The tattoo was reasonably priced as well. The facility is very clean, yet has a fun atmosphere. The staff are great. Cliff did an amazing job, from concept development/sizing/placement to execution of the final tattoo. He was very sweet and kept checking on me as we progressed to make sure I was doing alright. I/we have plans for more tattoos in the future, and we will definitely be going back to Arsenal and Cliff.
