Only thing around. Terrible service. After "waiting to be seated" for 20 minutes, was refused a food order because they "made a last call for food" 10 minutes ago. Completely ignored by staff while they continued to over-serve booze to a group of 15+ people. read more

This place has bad food and the place is understaffed. My burger was exactly like a frozen patty you would buy at the supermarket in the frozen meals section and the pretzel bread wasn't good at all. I sat for about 70 minutes before they brought me a burger that was sitting for so long the cheese was sweating. The entire time I was waiting I only had 2 beers. The place only had one bartender and one waitress on a Saturday night. The management failed completely. read more

Everytime I eat here I say it is the last time. It is a bar and grill in the hotel and the staff are rude and slow. The food is flavorless at best. The beer is good but still slow. Since I stay in the hotel it is convenient. I would not recommend this place to anyone but if you are stuck in this hotel it is convenient since there is not much to choose from in the local town. read more

I can see why every review prior to this review was a 1 star. The food is your typical military base club grade food, nothing special. In comparison, eating at the mess facility on Dawson is equal to this place, maybe even slightly better at the mess facility. The service must have greatly improved from when past reviews were written. The only exception to this was having the waitress dump my morning breakfast into my lap one of the days I ate there while TDY. This sucked because I only had one uniform and being that it was in the morning I had to go into work like this since I had no time to wash my uniform. The waitress apologized but she really didn't seem to care. So best advice I can offer you is back away from the table when a waitress is setting you food down on the table. Also, my eggs were cold every morning, which I never understand how because they were always quick to bring them out after ordering. And a few days I was treated with shells in the eggs, but at least that was proof they were using real eggs and not powdered. Boils down to this, they have you trapped on the base and whatever they give you is just how it is. Good luck. read more

Not a fan. Takes forever to get seated. Once seated, the only food served is bar food and it horrible. I ordered a taco salad for lunch and it wasn't a taco salad. At dinner my friend ordered nachos and I realized that the same "meat sauce" is used on the taco salad as the nachos. I'm only eating here because it's the only place! read more

The problem with this place is the staffing. It is consistently understaffed, which is why the service and food are terrible. You know the place is terrible when the waitress hands you your check with your initial drinks, which came 20 mins after ordering. The absolute only thing this hole in the wall has going for it, is that it has the food and alcohol scene in a choke hold being the most convenient location in a 20 mile radius. It is almost criminal, the way these people get away with negligence in this place. This is my first, only, and last review I have ever made on yelp. I just felt like I had to alert the public of what a dumpster fire this establishment is. read more
