If I had lived closer, I would have genuinely been able to go to this office at a walking distance. I came here from San Fran, and when I saw the sign waver on the street waving, I couldn't believe how awesome it was to see a happy go lucky kind of person standing there in the corner in order to bring clients in. Let me tell ya guys... It Works! Haha! The office itself is organized and well kept. To tell ya the truth, it was in a heartbeat, I filed my income tax especially of how knowledgeable, fast, accurate, and friendly they were. Me and my friends Carol, Shantel, and Shavonne had a great time. We all came together last week and then went to Starbucks. I'd say that we are all defiantly coming back!!! Tax season will be such an ease and painless task coming here every year from now on! Congrats Liberty! You have truly outdone yourself again and we LOVE IT! We will be definitely referring others soon!!!! You made us a happy camper :-)
Things that I suggest to bring when filing your taxes. Yourself. Papers. And a clean and healthy attitude. I find my self so much happier when I go to different places and I know that having a positive mind is what 90% of life is all about.
Fun fact about me: I like to go biking with my friends. We like to travel and go swimming in the summer time.
My past life in relation to taxes has been pretty clean. I was familiar with Liberty Tax but it's the first time I've filed it in Elk Grove. I thought it was pretty cool and fun to file my taxes this time around because I brought some of my friends and it was nice since the time flew by fast. It was an overall enjoyable experience.
In terms of pricing. I thought it was a fair price. I couldn't complain since I know that they are qualified tax professionals. They get the job done in a painless manner and it is very clear to me that they are professional about their tax expertise.
They try to give you the maximum deductions and know a lot about income tax. (my bro used to do mine, but my refund wasn't as big as it was when I came to a professional tax place like this.)
I think that the best part of this business is that they really do take the incentive to take care of you. I never heard of "Send a Friend" referrals until I came here. It's a pretty neat incentive for those of you who want to make extra money on the side.
I sent my dad here and he's retired but he makes some income on the side because of his auto mechanic business. Steve (my dad) has been a long hard working man. It's time he get a refund haha! But seriously guys, this place really did come as a blessing in disguise for me because if it weren't for Liberty, I don't think I would be honestly truly getting the maximum deductions and the most optimal refund possible. I feel lucky and blessed that I found a place that I can go to long term and know that where I'm going is a place of integrity, professionalism, and accuracy. Thank you Liberty Tax.
