He told me to come right in and he would help me out. My boyfriend and I went 30 minutes prior to closing (Ik that's horrible!) Kyle Ng and Jeanette were wonderful people. They both stayed an hour and a half past closing. I got the best service I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.

When they finally do answer, I get someone will call you tomorrow between 10:00 and 10:15. No call came. Today I get a call, not from the Norwich office, but Montville. I have used Block for years, and never had a problem. Last year was the First time I used the Norwich branch and didn't have a problem. This year someone new is answering the phone and I found him to be rude and dismissive. Not sure if I will use them ever again, At the very least it will be another office.

She comes back and doesn't even bother to find out what paperwork I have on me for my personal and LLC filing, instead hands me a plaque from the tax consultant that says "lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part" (that might be cute with coworkers, not so much with customers who literally have an appointment) laughs in my face like it's all a joke and tells me they'll have to put me on an extension. I ONLY made an appointment with them this year because they were running a 25% off promotion for tax filing, but I wouldn't return again even if it was free. It was pretty clear when she handed me that plaque and laughed that they just don't care about their customers there so I wouldn't trust them to file with my best interest in mind anyways. I work in the service industry and it is NOT hard to be kind and considerate when dealing with customers.
