Wont be back here. Ive used the postal annex in the past a few times. I went to send a ten pound package to my friend for his birthday and the employee made every excuse not to send it. Blamed it on tarrifs this tariffs that which was him making excuses. I literally went down the block to their competition and they shipped it for me no problems. The clown working needs to find another job. You can tell hes been working there too long. read more

Worse service ever. Dropped off a package to these guys on 06-13-2023 (got my receipt) - person (company) I sent it to never received it. Went back and asked, all the guy kept saying is "we don't have it, you have to call FedEx"...I call FedEx and they say I should contact the dropoff location because they were never given possession of the item...? Guy at the this place wasn't helpful at all, wouldn't even look around...called FedEx back and they're an investigation to find it. I hope they pull this guy's contract for not living up to FedEx standards. read more

This is my one stop shop for anything i need to do around postal items. This shop is ran by one of the best - BLAISE!!!! He holds it down on all accounts and is an amazing worker on all fronts. Whether there is a huge rush or just one customer in the shop, Blaise's customer service is always on point. Corporate needs to give this man a raise or at the very least, be able to lead some training videos on customer service because he is one of the best! Overall, great business. This place is awesome! In addition to providing multiple services such at notary, postal services, Live Scan fingerprints etc., they provide great customer service. I came here for the first time to do a Live Scan for my husband. The two people working here were very sweet and helped us fill out essential paperwork as well as answering any questions we had. After filling out paperwork, they reviewed our file and my husband was able to do his Live Scan. It was a very painless process and we were very pleased with the service provided here. I have come to this postal annex for a DOJ background check as well as passport photos. Each time I come in they are super friendly and boy they are fast. I came here a few days ago right before closing to drop off my Prepaid FedEx box and I tried to use a QR to get slip printed. Unfortunately, you can only go to a real FedEx location if you are using a QR code. I ask the lady if there's any way I can print the label there and she kindly asked me to send the label to an email address she provided and she was able to print it! Great customer service and plenty of parking in the front. Highly recommended! read more

I was having a really hard time finding an open Live Scan location to get my fingerprints processed because of the quarantine lockdowns. An officer at the Laverne Police Station mentioned that PostalAnnex+ is still conducting Live Scan services and accepting walk-ins. Lifesaver! Blas was very patient and careful, making sure that each finger provided the clearest shot so that I would not have to get the Live Scan redone for any reason. If you need to complete a Live Scan Service Request form, I highly recommend coming here! read more

I use PostalAnnex+ all the time and they always help me out in a pinch. Yes their prices are higher than if you print the postage yourself but are they supposed to work for free? If you can print your own postage, you can drop it off there for UPS, FEDEX OR US Postal pick up (no charge of course) They have always been fair with me and packed many fragile items I'm not comfortable with. First rate packing, I shipped a 45 pound Wyland dolphin statue yesterday and the did a stellar packing job (and only charged me for materials) read more

If you're shipping FedEx, print your own label. They charged my wife $71.25 for a package that FedEx would have charged $30.07 had we printed our own label. When I went back the next day, they just looked at me, shrugged their shoulders and said "that's what the system says it cost". Print your own label and just drop it off there. The staff is actually really good, but their deal with FedEx sucks. read more

He has taken care of a couple of print-out screw-ups I've had, and always seems to come up with a creative way to get the package scanned, shipped and tracked in a quick and efficient manner.
