Tammy Groelly from the Camp Hill location was also traveling with us as the group cruise leader/director. I can not say enough positive things about Tammy and Tracee during this trip. They really had our best interests in consideration and didn't take no for an answer. The beginning of our trip was perfect. The flying back home was an uphill battle with delays and redirecting our flight. Tammy continued to fight for all of us to get our luggage off the plane, but ultimately, the airport said no. I would 100% recommend everyone I know to use Boscovs Travel and use Tracee and Tammy. If you get the chance to have them as your cruise leader on board, take advantage. They took care of the transportation to and from, the hotel check in/out, boarding passes, and so much more. I didn't need to worry about anything! Which made my vacation all that relaxing. Thank you, Tracee and Tammy. Ya'll are the real MVP'S. They care, they are viligant, and they are awesome. Ended up not making it to our destination due to lies from boscovs and apple vacations…read more Due to flight cancelations and delays we would have arrived the following day, as our luck would have it there was a delay with our flight making us miss our connecting flight. Apple vacations and boscovs said the resort would NOT hold our reservation more than 24 hours. Well, that was a lie and that is their lupole to not give your money back saying you cancelled your trip. Now we are fighting to get back the thousands we have invested and no one wants to help.

Julie is very professional, and has an acute sense for paying attention to detail. They basically specialize in international travel and cruises. I have used them for trips to the Canary Islands, Madrid, and London; as well as cruises to Alaska, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. All trips have gone smoothly with no glitches. I signed up for their e-weekly, This Week in the Susquehanna River Valley so I know what's going on. Inside, they have Visitor Guides for all the areas in PA so they can help plan a trip outside the area too. I gotta say I was VERY surprised at all the information they have. I'd rather face a round of Covid 20 before booking a trip through her again. She started out sounding very well informed and she has quite a resume to back her up. Unfortunately, her competency ends there. Once you have your deposit in, she forgets about you. She won't return calls, or emails. When you do get ahold of her she'll explain that she's swamped and is just ensuring her travelers needs are all met. Well, I never got to be that priority. The guests on our trip never got to be that priority either. I would have given her 1 star but ultimately the trip went well overall, so apparently she can book a trip but she shouldn't work with the public.
