I understand that no offense may have been intended, but remarks about a person's size are inappropriate, especially in a setting where members are preparing to make sacred covenants. Members of every body shape and size wear temple garments and temple clothing. No one should feel singled out, labeled, or made self-conscious because of their body. I would also encourage greater attention to the availability of larger sizes. Accessing temple garments and clothing should be a simple and welcoming experience for every member. These items are sacred necessities, not optional purchases, and members should be able to obtain them with dignity and respect. I share this feedback because I believe the Church strives to make everyone feel welcome. I hope this experience can serve as a reminder that words matter and that all members, regardless of size, deserve kindness, sensitivity, and respect as they prepare for temple worship.

I went to purchase a custom Bible and they were so nice and ready to help. I chose Silver cursive lettering and the fish symbol on the bottom right of the Bible. They called me after 3 business days and told me it was on the bottom center and offered for me to come in and look at it. Initially we went back and forth because that was not what I paid for, but they called the very next day and corrected the mistake. The Bible is good quality and the perfect gift for someone special. I will be coming here again since there is so many products!! I think less than $50 for a customized Bible is such an affordable and great price. And the women who work there are so kind and helpful. They texted that they cancelled b/c the driver couldn't find the location. No call, no text from the driver. I gave very clear instructions as to how to find my apartment as well as the gate code. The food delivery people never have an issue finding my place, and I literally copied the same instructions I give them. So...that just tells me no one came out or ever was going to. I now have two very heavy boxes of 90 books sitting at the base of my stairs. Terrible service. Would not recommend. I was just trying to donate to a better cause than Goodwill, but I guess that was a bad idea. Horribly run. You can't even speak to a person. You just have to leave voicemails. Don't waste your time. **Update: As you can see from his response to this Yelp review, the owner does not take responsibility for the poor customer service. My account is not a fraud & I am still actively reviewing other businesses. My books were all in pristine condition and all pretty new (see pictures). Mostly hard cover new-releases, best sellers. They were not water-logged or insect infested. How does he know the condition of my books if no one ever showed up to get them? Here's a hint...Do what you say you're going to do. Keep your appointments. Don't slander people who are trying to donate almost $2,000 worth of books to your organization. It's not a good look. The point is, I had an appointment at 11:00 am. The books were at the base of my staircase as I mentioned in my reservation. They were still there at 1:30 pm, so I called and I received a text that the driver was on his way. That is 2 1/2 hours later. I opened my door again at 5:30 pm and looked down my stairs, the boxes were still there. The address I provided is my correct address. I even included my building number, unit number and the gate code. There is a map by the gate to direct your driver to the building number I provided. If every single Uber Eats driver, Amazon driver, Door Dash driver, Fed Ex driver, UPS driver can figure it out, surely your driver can too. And if not, why no call or text? I would be happy to provide additional directions, if the driver was having trouble. A no-show is poor business. A no-show with no notification is even worse. If you couldn't make it, a simple call or text would have been fine and I would not have been upset. Inconvenienced yes, but not upset. The fact that I had to initiate not one but two calls SIX AND A HALF HOURS after my scheduled appointment coupled with the audacity that you have to lie and slander me is why you have this one-star review. My son has a pull list here, and they always let him know when his books arrive or when there are great deals or promotions. They were offering free comics on the day we stopped by and ended up getting a Sonic, Spidey, Avengers, and Lego Batman comic! The store had an extensive amount of inventory! Each time I believed I had viewed every item available, I discovered an additional shelf, display, or section to view. Whether you are a serious collector or just interested in learning more about comics, there will likely be some type of product that interests you at MaximuM comics! The new Centennial Hills store is a fantastic addition to the area. It recently moved from the Walmart shopping area, now over to Tenaya next to Starbucks and a few local restaurants.
