Kevin is incredible with kids, my daughter is 6, and he was able to take care of her without any crying or screaming. Her hair is extremely long, thick, and curly. While she did become fidgety at the very end of being treated, he never once showed annoyance or irritation with her. He was equally excellent with my 'special needs' son. My son is 11, with aspergers, and Kevin was able to treat him without any outbursts. Kevin is incredibly friendly, and sociable. We never felt as though we had a stranger in our home, it felt much more like we were visiting with a friend. When I took my daughter to school the next day, Kevin had provided us with a few business cards (one of which I gave to school nurse, so she could recommend his services to others), as well as a return to school letter. I couldn't be happier with the service we received, especially considering the reason for needing it.

She checked all of our heads for lice (adults and kids included), did our oil treatments and sent us on our way. As she guarantees, we are lice free (you must do the oil treatments 7 and 14 days after you see her... the oil is what kills any nits that may be remaining). I have sent probably 10+ friends her way, all of who had great experiences too. Thanks Kristen for helping us through... it isn't something that is enjoyable and you bring comfort to a stressful time! BTW - we bought a few extra bottles of the oil on our way out, which I would highly recommend. This helped us a year or so later when a kid inevitably got lice again...
