After trying to fix the problem myself and being unsuccessful, Lex showed up on time, took about the time she thought it would take, was pleasant, super cool headlamp, full of useful information and tips, she keeps amazing hours, checked us all out, completely cleaned up after herself and was gone. My daughter got lice at school and we tried every treatment from over the counter lice treatments, mayonnaise, alcohol - everything. Nothing worked. She worked fast and was thorough and made my kids super comfortable.
