One hopes to never need this type of service but if you ever do lice troopers is the place to go. When you arrive you will see the sign on the building but the door is covered in COVID-19 testing announcing that they do that as well. The business has been split into two parts the front is the COVID-19 testing but when you walk through there's a door that leads to the area where the technicians attend you and do the treatments. I had the pleasure of meeting Trisha she was my technician and was immediately welcoming and put me at ease. I was very nervous, itchy and tired. I had already tried the over-the-counter treatment for lice removal a week prior and still felt that it wasn't completely gone. As soon as she started checking she showed me that I still had some, eek! She then proceeded to begin the process and very thoroughly combed my hair while chatting up and making me feel at ease that this was going to be resolved. She combed my hair in parts thoroughly, twice! They have a membership for those that have multiple people in their household or children at $9.95 per month, I recommend that but for just the initial treatment it is a little bit pricey at $175. But for a problem that I've been dealing with for the last few weeks and the relief I feel now it is well worth it. Highly recommend and ask for Trisha. read more

Super helpful! I came in for a screening when it used to be free but now they charge $25 for it. I figured they would eventually charge or they'd never make money. I mentioned that I'm a teacher on my second screening a couple months later, and they waived the price for me for the screening. Very pleased with the service. Make sure you make an appointment beforehand or they will pretend to be "busy" even if literally only one person is there, and the next appointment is in a full 30 minutes. Just saying. read more

This was the first place to come up on google so I thought it was the only one. That's the only reason I went there. I was given one price over the phone but once I got there, it was $100 more expensive. I was also only given one price for screening. When I got there, I was told there are actually two prices and the one that's guaranteed is double! Ridiculous. I also heard them tell the family that came in after me the same thing, meaning they bait everyone with the wrong prices. If it's one thing I can't stand it's dishonesty. They also changed my appointment time and called me yet again trying to change it AGAIN. I had 3 other appointments that day so needless to say, this was very inconvenient. I was told they would work with me regarding the price for the inconvenience but was given a hard time about that when I arrived. It "wasn't in the notes." They ended up giving me a discount but the price is so high that it still wasn't great. When the tech charged me she mentioned tip if I wanted to include it. After being lied to about the price there was no way I was paying more. Not to mention she had a bit of an attitude because I was upset by the whole situation. I don't know anyone who wouldn't be! After those ridiculous prices, they don't even guarantee their work. They try to charge $60 for a follow up visit!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! I ended up going to Lice Clinics of America (they couldn't accommodate me for an extra screening at Lice Troopers) and it was a completely different experience from the very beginning. They were up front with pricing which is wayyyyy more reasonable anyway and the owner was very professional and friendly as well as the techs who attended us. They actually took the time to explain things to us in detail and were gentle when using the combs. My daughter got a screening here too just to make sure she was clear and commented on the difference. She had told me the techs at Lice Troopers hurt her with the comb and they barely spoke to us, much less explain anything about the process and how to avoid reinfection. Hopefully we won't need them in the future but if we do I'm going straight to Lice Clinics. Very expensive lesson learned. read more

Great experience, the treatment was very effective and the price is reasonable since once you get the treatment done your worries will be over.
