The business has been split into two parts the front is the COVID-19 testing but when you walk through there's a door that leads to the area where the technicians attend you and do the treatments. I had the pleasure of meeting Trisha she was my technician and was immediately welcoming and put me at ease. I was very nervous, itchy and tired. I had already tried the over-the-counter treatment for lice removal a week prior and still felt that it wasn't completely gone. As soon as she started checking she showed me that I still had some, eek! She then proceeded to begin the process and very thoroughly combed my hair while chatting up and making me feel at ease that this was going to be resolved. She combed my hair in parts thoroughly, twice!
