Lice is no joke! My daughter, over the course of a year, was unlucky enough to get lice over and over again. The salon was great and the ladies that did our hair was very nice and patient. I feel like they got everything out and cleaned. What has bothered me the most is that I paid 600.00 for my daughters and myself. I've been getting calls daily (even at 9pm) from lice troopers advising I need to go back for a check up and have to pay an extra 60.00 for re-treatment b/c of our sever cases. We def did not have sever cases, we had but it wasn't full head. In addition, if I pay 200.00 and then pay and extra 60 to guarantee it, that is robbery. The woman even had the nerve to tell me they are not over priced. It's extremely expensive to get this done thank goodness we have the money to do so. Don't tell me what is or is not expensive as you don't manage my budget. After advising it was to expensive all of the sudden price drops to 30? To be honest the whole process should be 200 and should include to go back and do a check. I pay less to get my hair dyed, cut and washed and that's 3 hours in the salon. It's disappointing how the follow up was with lice troopers but the day of service was great. Unfortunately had to drop the stars for that reason. read more

Came in at 9:00 am, was done by 10:15. The ladies working on me and on the other customers there were very professional, informative and friendly. They have a monthly deal for 7.95 (just gotta wait 45 days to use it). The treatment includes a lice check, removal, wash, partial drying and recheck before you walk out. I came home from a stressful day at work to find my youngest daughter scratching her head. I thought oh boy here we go again! I knew right then and there what it was. I ran her upstairs and checked sure enough it was a head full of lice! I knew my oldest probably had it too. I started to check her and felt completely overwhelmed she had so many eggs. I immediately got on Google and typed in lice removal and lice troopers popped up. Gave them a call and Arie answered and gave me all the necessary information I needed to know that's where I was going to go! He asked what location and I asked can I come now, he said sure which gave me such a relief and I packed up my car and was on my way. My family of five arrived and was greeted with a beautiful smile and hello from Lucy at the desk and I filled out paper work and was ready to get rid of these darn things again!! I loved how fast this place works and the friendly environment. My two year old was getting a little fussy like any other two year old past her bed time and Lucy put her favorite lullaby songs on the computer for her! I highly recommend lice troopers for their thoroughness and friendliness and great customer service. I asked how to help try and prevent this from happening and Lucy and Arie weren't reluctant to help, gave me tips and pointers and made me feel comfortable and understanding of everything. Unfortunately had to pay these guys a visit to once and for all rid my sister (and myself) of these annoying lice! I called and made an appt for 12:30 and arrived to find the small clean place and two workers combing through the hair of two 5 year olds. These ladies do an AMAZING job! They're incredibly thorough and the process is not even painful. Appointments do not mean much as how long it'll take to comb out the lice just depends on each case but they are thorough so who cares. They have special natural lice shampoo that traps these buggers and makes it easy to comb out. They do two comb outs, add a sort of powder and brush thru again, flip your hair down and comb again, comb to the left, comb to the right and fiiiinally blow dry your hair a bit and pick thru your hair one more time! I got worked on by Alicia and she finished in an hour which was quick compared to the 5 year old girl who had been there since 11am and it was 3:30 when I left...poor thing. Anyway, do not hesitate to visit Lice Troopers, they do a great job and left my sister and I lice free! read more

After a month of being desperate with these monsters visiting, I checked in yelp for lice treatment and saw this. Called and asked if they could come to my home and they recommended to come to their office. What a relief! The ladies there were amazing, they helped us four, checked us and treated us so nice! They were very professional, gave us recommendations to avoid these monsters again and even laughed a little making jokes!
