Hilary deserves more than 5 stars!!! When I noticed my daughter had lice I quickly called the school and should them what I found and they immediately gave me Hilary's number. I called the number right away and Hilary was so soft spoken, she immediately booked me to go see her. Once I got there she was very friendly and helpful. She gave me the peace of mind that I needed. I felt so helpless and with all the information she gave me I could finally breath. I have 4 girls and thank god only 2 had lice. She was very patient treating both of my girls. I liked that she took her time and didn't rush to get you out. I don't know why lice remover specialist don't get recognized as much as they should. She gave you in home care advice as well. I don't know what I would have done without Hilary from Orange Cross Lice Removal. She has held my hand every step of the way for my first lice experience with my daughter. I called Orange Cross Lice Removal on Friday evening and her team was at my house within 30 minutes ready to attack the lice. She checked each one of my family members diligently for nits and lice and treated my two daughters strand by strand until it was all gone. Having both of my kids get lice at once was a very stressful experience, and I'm very glad I found Hillary at Orange Cross to help! I was referred to her by my child's little preschool. I called her from the school, she answered the phone and was at the school in 15 minutes to check out both my kids. Since then, I have spent a lot of time with her in her clean, comfortable studio. She has a giant TV which keeps the kids comfortable and occupied while she does her work. She offers free "re-checks" to make sure the kids are completely lice free after the initial treatments. Amazing place and service! I am a 24 year old who works with kids and got lice from them. I tried removing it by myself and bought all the products from cvs etc... Can't say thank you enough to Hilary for helping us get thru this treacherous ordeal called Lice in my daughter's hair! I called Hilary as soon as I noticed that my daughter was suspiciuosly scratching her scalp...2 hours later we were at Orange Cross Lice Removal and Hilary was taking care of myself (grrr!) and my child. Orange Cross offers a great and complete service to treat lice. Hilary and her team are very professional and understanding of the situation. This is not a cheap service, but what it's included (check, treatment and a few weeks after recheck), is really worth it. Hilary is a miracle worker! My daughter found out from a friend she was traveling with that she had lice about 3 hours before she was leaving to College. Hillary ran over to our apartment and took care of the matter immediately. Hillary was so pleasant and wonderful. I suspected my son had lice and I called Hillary and she was very patient with me on the phone and answered all of my questions with professionalism & patience even though I was a little panicky. I brought him in for a check that same day and after checking him thoroughly found out he didn't have lice. She educated me on the steps you can take to try and prevent lice.
