Our experience with Lice Doctors was a very positive one. I made the initial phone call and set up the appointment with Anita, who was assigned to our case. She immediately called me back to confirm the details. She arrived promptly the very next day. Our case was probably a very unusual one as we had 10 children and 4 adults to be checked. Anita was not overwhelmed and handled herself in a very professional way. We were prepared when she arrived as she had asked us to be so she was able to get started right away. The process went very smoothly and after six hours she was finished. Our treatment was successful and we learned alot from Anita. We loved visiting with her and we learned so much about preventing and treating lice. We have since followed her lice prevention recommendations and have been able to manage the issue on our own. We have told our story to friends at church (which is where we think our problem may have started) and have mentioned Lice Doctors and Anita's name. If, in the future, we should have another uncontrollable issue with lice, we will most definitely call Anita again! She was fantastic!! read more

My daughter was sent home by a temporary school nurse. I bought every over the counter lice/nit product available. I did the process twice. I sent her back to school and the temp nurse said, No she still has them. I called LiceDoctors. They came out were extremely wonderful & professiona.l I got to find out that all my daughter truly had was dandruff. As everyone else has done if you have a case of Lice in the house, we ran out to the store and spent enough money to feed an army. All without a great result I might add... Two weeks later there were more nits on our 14 year old than before. We discovered lice in one of our kids after dinner one night. I got in touch with Anita, and she was at our house at 8am the next morning. She went through everyone's hair and was friendly with all our kids. When she was finished, Anita left us with clear instructions for follow-up and showed us the best way to do quick checks on the kids. We followed the directions and were lice free. Amazing service. If you have lice that needs to go away yesterday, then contact them immediately. I contacted them and got a response within minutes and same day service!
