She's incredibly knowledgeable and even showed us exactly what she was finding. Vanessa is helping us for the first time, and she's been great as well, very thorough and helpful. I'm especially glad both of my kids can be treated at the same time, so we don't have to spend double the time here. My girls usually don't like when people touch/style their hair; however, Diana and Pam were so gentle and gave my girls the cutest braids. My girls were thrilled! They took what felt like a parenting nightmare and made the entire process so much less stressful. They were incredibly thorough, reassuring, and got us lice-free quickly. After that experience, we signed up for their annual membership with monthly head checks. Thankfully, we've stayed lice-free ever since, but the peace of mind alone is worth it. If those pesky critters ever decide to make a comeback, we'll catch them early. The technicians are fantastic! Olivia was always so funny, personable, and amazing with our kids. More recently, we've been seeing Raylene, who is equally kind, patient, and wonderful with little ones. They somehow make something no one wants to deal with feel comfortable (and the kiddos get to pick what they want to watch on TV while they get checked).
