Pam visited our house in October of 2025. It's now May 2026 and I need to share our experience during this entire lice debacle. Our neighborhood had 5-7 kids that run together all get it. To try to explain how deep this ran...imagine their families, their friends at school and their families / friends...the list never stops growing. Unfortunately, lice is still in our friend's lives. Everyone keeps getting reinfected. Every single month someone(s) has it again. It's nearly impossible to get it to leave a big circle of people. Fortunately, Pam visited us the day after I called in Oct '25 and we have never had lice again. I've ordered 3-4 bottles of their hair treatment / prevention spray over the months and I genuinely believe...it's the ONLY reason we haven't been reinfected again. The lice hates the smell (no bad smell to humans) and likely know the enzyme is dangerous for them so they just do not come to my daughters head. I have to check her head fairly often and it's always clear...such a big relief. We use it every 3-4 weeks and more often if our circle is at a peak of infection. I have used it on multiple of our neighbors as well. They are excellent and their product is not only the highest quality I've tried, but the only one that actually worked. We tried nearly every item on the market the two weeks before we called Picky Pam. We've recommended friends since and they stopped getting reinfected for 4ish months, however those that don't use the spray as often as we do, have since been reinfected. Let me just say what a life saver Pam and Diana were. I found lice on my daughter's hair on a Sunday. The shop nearby was closed that day so I was frantically looking to see what we can do.
