They comb through your head as fast as possible when they are busy to get you out the door and pocket your cash., in fact I think they do it sloppy and fast on purpose so you keep coming back. There were some customer service issues the lady on the phone wasn't always kind and I almost felt like I was inconveniencing them while trying to schedule my second appointment. We are already frustrated with bugs all up on our scalp we don't need someone to make us feel bad about it! But besides that their products were great...The place itself was very clean there were snacks for the kids and a tv they could choose what they wanted to watch.
