I came here with a dear friend of mine and was very impressed by the coffee. I had wanted something that wasn't too sweet since I had a sugary latte prior in the day. I originally wanted their drip coffee, but they were closing soon so they had stopped that for the day. I decided to try their liquid crack cold brew with almond milk. The owner was extremely kind and assured me that I would really enjoy my pick. She was right! It was fantastic! It had no added sugar and just their beans (as the owner said when I asked her what as in it). There was a slight sweetness from the almond milk (just perfect for me). The atmosphere was wonderful! It had lots of space for seating and plenty of natural light. There was even a flower shop inside the restaurant with the most adorable golden retriever! I would definitely come back to try more of their drinks. read more

Parking is tight, but people seem to park at the Burger King right next door to grab their coffee since it's right off Westfield Avenue if it gets packed during rush hour. Apparently this cafe use to be a laundromat I believe? So you can see some of the architecture behind that. It's such unique place since it serves coffee and flowers! What an interesting combination! The only time I will say yes to anything that has the word crack linked to it I stumbled across Lidios while killing some time waiting for a meeting and glad I did. It is the cutest most aesthetic cafe. The two women there were very personable and answered all my questions. I love a good cafe and this one has now been added to my list. If I'm ever in the area again that is. The decor was very aesthetic. There is a flower shop inside as well perfect for a collab event. They had great art work on the wall outside. My aunt and I stopped in for coffee and breakfast during my visit last fall. My aunt and I both love coffee and she knows how much I like to support local, so she suggested Lidios. The store used to be a dry cleaning business which explains why the parking is limited. We stopped in on a Wednesday morning and it wasn't busy at all, so parking wasn't an issue. The store felt very homey. The plants and flowers along with the autumn decor created a nice relaxing environment. They had funny quirky signs all though out the space. There were a few tables and couches as well as a small bar area to sit at. The employees were very nice and greeted us when we walked in. I ordered a Pancake Latte with Oat Milk and a Ham and Cheese Croissant. The coffee was made in a to go cup instead of a mug which was a little disappointing as we were planning to sit in the store awhile. Nevertheless, the coffee ("liquid crack" as they call it) was good and I enjoyed the croissant. read more

First time here - lady at counter with slight attitude. I asked for a latte, this biatch gave me drip coffee with milk (didn't even ask what kind of milk I wanted) . She demanded I come to the other side to place my order. Instead of saying "please come to this side" she says "you don't order from that side in which I replied "I wouldn't have known. It's my first time here". It's not even 9am, relax. I asked for a crumb cake. She warmed it up in a semi dirty microwave. Two stars because the bathroom was cute and organized. Absolutely loveee their environment, it's cozy with many unique furniture pieces. They also offer beautiful flowers in their front desk, two for different price ranges. I ordered their chai latte w/almond milk and it was so delicious!!! I would 100% come back for their drinks again. read more

I had a delightful toasted marshmallow iced latte today. The barrista helped me select it. They have dairy a non-dairy milk options. You can opt to sit at the bar or at a sofa and chairs. I would have preferred a table but they don't have that option. They do have free Wi-Fi and you can plug-in at the bar section. It's a very spacious place. The location is a bit tricky. If you are coming from Parkway south, you'll be on the correct side of the road. If you are coming from Parkway North or Roselle, you will need to U-turn. Drove an hour to get here, and was a bit disappointed. There weren't many flowers and plants, despite it being a flower shop. The inside of the cafe was colder than it was outside--they have tints on the windows, making it quite dark inside. The coffee was a bit bitter--we got a flat white and a latte. Fix your menu, the prices are nearly $2 higher than what people see. Aight so I'm gonna need the flower shop to decide if it's going to take making coffee seriously for the prices they charge. Also they need to wear gloves, saw the barista pet someone's dog and went back to touching peoples food, that's nasty! Based on the other reviews no one really enjoys the coffee and that will show when some projects are completed in the area and a better coffee shop opens up. Also the large is too large, espresso based drinks doesn't have enough espresso that means they want you to pay for the extra shot. Speaking of pay why do they force one size for cold drinks, $7!! People love to feel catered to but they will get tired of overpaying for weak coffee. The cold brew is the best thing they got going because it taste like coffee with brown sugar. Also based on the reviews if you're too honest they will not like you. The fact they haven't updated the menu is very disrespectful to their patrons, you're making it a point to show their ignorance because some of those drinks are a full $2 higher. Actually I'm going to add this point to the top. You can only get away with charging $7 or $6 for whatever you think you're serving for so long. Lidios is our favorite local coffee shop. Pearla, Gisella, and Maria are always friendly and attentive. They make in house flavored cold foams and always have a seasonal menu that is delicious. I love to take my family and friends here when they are visiting me or if I just want to treat myself. I have tried many seasonal drinks and my typical go to is a cappuccino. Was excited to try this place! Walked in 7:10pm wanted a cappuccino and went to order. Then the not so nice lady said no hot coffee only iced bc we close soon. I said thought 8 she then said yes at 8. It's 7:15 mind you. Idk how you're closing almost 45 min early with very limited things like only having ice coffee and a few pastries! This place is definitely one of the cutest coffee shops I've come across recently! It's cozy, delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I love the variety in seating options and food. I opted to dine in with a friend while we caught up. Our coffee and pastries were brought fairly quickly and you could tell that everything was fresh. My only complaint about this location is their stressful parking. I truly see myself visiting again but I feel that their limited parking takes away from the experience. I hope in the future they're able to expand because they have so much potential. Truly can't wait for another date here especially since they're open late too! read more
