They have not responded to my messages (email, phone calls, text). I paid over $10,000 with $5,000 for only 3 months of service on the braces that was installed September 2019. All he did was put the braces. Now I'm left hanging and would have to pay over $5000 to another Orthodontic to complete the process. They conveniently filled bankruptcy for himself and the business. I would NOT recommend him for anyone. Go elsewhere and do business with an honest ethical dentist. I should have investigated him further before trusting him with my money. I discontinued services for my daughter. I was told they would return my phone call to let me know how much of a refund I was due since I had prepaid. When I did get the call back I was told that this was an agreement with Dr. Brieden (he was the orthodontist before Dr. Lidral bought the practice) and that they had met all of the services that I paid for. However my daughter was suppose to be in braces for 6 months, we were under two months into treatment when I transferred her to another dr. I paid for her remaining treatment for the braces as well as a retainer, mold and x-rays at the completion of treatment. They still claim I am owed NOTHING. I understand her treatment time was estimated for 14 months but has taken longer, thats why its an estimate and I am not a doctor so that was their judgement call. I was even told by the financial coordinator Diane, they should not have even put braces on my daughter since technically she should be in a phase 2 stage? Then explain to me why my contract says I paid for the braces and explain to me why you put them on her? No doctor would give services free of charge... I have called multiple times in the last 4 weeks and I am told that Dr. Lidral will call me back to explain how they figure they don't owe me but he never does. read more
