My sons teeth were straightened and less than 2.5 years after they were done his teeth are worse than before we started. I went back and they want to start over again for more $. If your child is under the age of 15 do not listen to them about braces. It is a waste of money and a hardship on your kids. Wait till they are done growing. Out of 4 appointments each one was canceled, rescheduled or we waited so long to get back we had to leave. The tipping point was that I checked in for the last appointment 20 minutes early and was waiting after 20 minutes past my appointment time I got a voicemail from the office I was literally sitting in threatening me with a now show fee.........Maybe they need to stop accepting new patients till they can service the ones they have professionally.

Instead of signing in literally with a pen, you just use the PC at the front. This then sends a message back to your nurse! It also links up with your Facebook page and will display your picture (if you authorize them). The back office when I went in had a massage chair too!! Very cool!
