This year my husband needed an entire wardrobe refresh, including a new suit, due to weight loss. Willie took one look and knew my husband's sizes, brought forward multiple recommendations, and was just his normal, congenial, knowledgeable-put-not-pushy self. I found an amazing jean jacket that was one size too big. I asked a sales associate for help because the end cap didn't have the size I needed. She did a lap and was able to find the size I needed.
