All in all, I left the store with some new socks (Balega silver), a foot roller (Nano X), and a brand new pair of shoes (ASIC Gel-DS Trainer 24) for under $200. I love the Natick Collection, on whole, because you can visit all of these high end shops and departments stores without looking and acting like a snob and still receive genuine, warm customer service. Except, apparently, at Neiman Marcus. The "gentleman" in the shoe department did not acknowledge my presence, despite the fact that I was lingering and checking out shoes for a while. I didn't expect attention right away, as he was catering to another woman when I walked over, but when another woman appeared some time after me, in a perfectly pressed shirt and Tory Burch flats he IMMEDIATELY flitted over to her and asked if she needed any help, abandoning the first woman. While in the fitting room another employee spoke to my wife outside and when I exited he spoke with me and was helpful. He helped me pay for the pants and was the only one who talked to us the 20-25 minutes we were in the store. I did like the selection of suits and would contemplate buying one from them but possibly at another location because 2 of the 3 employees didn't seem to care I was in the store ( with one other customer shopping at the time). It's frustrating when the majority of items you want or are interested in seeing have to be special ordered. This is not the case here. They seem to make an effort to stock a vast majority of items just for that reason. The staff is professional, knowledgable and courteous from management down through the ranks. It is clear they take tremendous pride in their customer service, and it shows! They not only are friendly and knowledgable, but they also dress the part, and take pride in their appearances, which is huge to me. They're selling an image, and they know it.
