Something told me to check & see if they had my size (SMALL). Low & behold there were a draw FULL of the SMALL panties I needed. BETH then comes back where I am, & tosses the panties I left next to the fitting room & says "I TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO PUT THE SHIT BACK" I swear to god, these were her exact words. I reached out to them via Facebook messenger to ask some questions about purchasing a pair of these for my husband for Christmas. I ended up purchasing them on 12/8/22 so that they would arrive in time for Christmas. They arrived on 12/10/22 and stayed in the shipping packaging until Christmas day when he opened them. He had them on for about 5 minutes and decided they weren't for him. I emailed the company on 12/27/22 and asked how to go about getting a refund. They sent me an email noting the "STRICT RETURN POLICY", provided the link to review the policy and told me there was nothing they could do. The policy indicates that the product must be returned 5 days after arrival and had no exceptions for the month of December when people may be purchasing items as Christmas gifts well ahead of time. I wrote back, explaining that I understand the need for a return policy but explained my personal situation and asked if there was any way an exception could be made, given the time of year and reason for purchase. That email was sent on 12/28/22 and I have yet to hear any further response. I have been ghosted by this company and it is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.
