I'm not a huge Old Navy fan but will stop in a store if I'm in the area. I stopped by this store unexpectedly and browsed around. I loved that it was clean and organized and most importantly not crowded. Lol. I really wasn't looking for anything in particular but Iike a lot of women I love to look. They already had spring clothes out. I went to check out the sale/ clearance rack and was very happy with the large selection of pants and shirts to choose from. I tried on a few pair of jeans and capri pants that I thought would be my size but nothing fit, lmao. I didn't feel like getting another size and looking again so I left empty handed (shocked). You definitely can racked up in that clearance/ sales area if you have time to look. I will check this spot out again if I'm in the area. read more

I'm not necessarily a fan of Old Navy clothes but I do appreciate their sales. Recently I got tank tops for $2 each and some really cute pants for $10 each. When I do shop at Old Navy I usually purchase online and pick up at this location. I like this location because it's clean and I go early in the day or right before they close when no one is shopping. All I do it run in show my ID and pick up my order. Very easy. read more

It was pretty messy inside. Signage says clearance up to 75%. I really don't have time much to spend to browse on its clearance racks which definitely gas the ones up for 75% off, so I went directly to the jeans department , picked my hubby's size and style , picked up few sale items on my way to the register quickly and pay. I was happy that they accepted my "Gap gift card" ( it's an affiliate) , that was neat ! This store went renovation lately. I can't tell the difference. Long line and disorganizrd mess everywhere!! Day after christmas sales. People go crazy!

Although there may be few selections compared to other stores this place is wonderful. The store is organized and clean. The new jewelry that's in is wonderfully cute. I really didn't find anything I liked expect for the jewelry. However the staff is amazing. They are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. I went to this store right before it closed and every employee had a helpful smile on their face. I would come here again just because it was such a different experience compared to other stores. read more

Sadly this is not the first time I've experienced poor client service from Old Navy. It's a wonder I still shop with them, but after this I think it's time to take my money elsewhere. There was a Super cash promo from 4/7-4/15. I happened to have extra time on my day off (4/11) after dropping my son off to school. I wound up making a $300 sale to realize I left my super cash at home. I was told to come back with it. Now, I myself work in the industry and unfortunately I was not able to come back until today (4/19)...only 4 days after the promo ended. When I reached the cash register I was told I could not adjust my purchase. I explained that I we told to come back with my super cash &was again dismissed. Working in the industry as a manager myself know there is a better way to handle this. I asked if a manager could override it or make an exception. I was then told the gentleman helping me was the manager and no! He then proceeded to tell me that if it had been a day or 2 but at this time no. A day or 2...but not 3 or 4? Who makes the policy for that? I know that it is to the managers discretion, so I feel even more dismissed then I'm sure another client would. I don't think a $40 adjustment is worth losing a $300 sale, but my money is better spent at Target for this aggravation. I will NOT be shopping Old Navy any longer due to their unwillingness to make an exception for a purchase that was made during their super cash promo. That is unacceptable in this industry...especially when the consumer has many other options. read more

The whole store has changed, so have the deals and the designers of the merchandise. .not for the good..it's extremely unorganized, from the clothing to the jewelry. They use to have awesome deals I am very disappointed now. .but the relaxed tees are great, the socks last a while, the jogging pants are decent as well. I work 5min from here, so I've made many lunchtime visits to this location. That said, I've been lucky enough to be here when its not too crazy. They've got a good selection of clothes and they are one of the few Old Navys that has a big Clearance section. I think the only problem I've had with the store is that the Fitting Rooms are located all the way in the back of the store and its not in an area that you can easily see. read more

Talk about awesome customer service. I made a purchase and realized that an item wasn't put in the bag. I called to see if they still had or if I could get a credit. I spoke to Cassandra who took time out to search for the item all around the store, check camera footage to see where it was put them luckily the item was put in the hold section. I k ow Old Navy is fast paced and get chaotic at times but Cassandra took time to help me out as well as figure out other options that worked for me. read more

This location was recently remodeled and I much prefer the new layout. This store can get extremely crowded depending on when you decide to shop so I recommend bearing that in mind. The employees at this location are extremely friendly and helpful. The main issue that keeps me from giving this location more stars is how messy it tends to get from mid afternoon until closing. I hate knowing that the store will be a nightmare to sore through if I decide to go shopping later in the day. On the plus side is that they always have a ton of sizes to choose from and carry styles info see in every store. read more

I normally shop Old Navy online but this is my go to store when shopping in store. Love this location since it always has plenty in stock and the employees are friendly. Parking is generous. When I do shop here I can easily do over an hour. I also have the Old Navy card so I use it and earn points while shopping. read more

Time for new management! Horrible customer service. I placed an order online and received a pair of GAP shoes in the place of an Old Navy tank top. Brought my receipt and the pair of shoes to this location for a return/credit. I understand that Old Navy and GAP are separate stores that share the same owner and warehouse, apparently, but you would think a store would try to help you out when there is a mixup like this. Not this store. They told me this wasn't their problem because the shoes were GAP. They refused to give me a refund/credit even though I didn't receive the item that I've already been charged for on my credit card. Nor did they bother to check if that item was currently in stock at their store to fulfill my order. At the very least, they could have offered to call customer service to get this thing sorted out but they just told me to go home and do it on my own. The level of incompetence is baffling. I'm surprised this store is still running with management like that. I don't blame the sales associates because those were the crappy orders they were given. Thanks for nothing! read more
