Line to try on clothes long before checking out. But the staff kept it flowing as there were so much anticipation what deals they have for black friday. Staff were friendly and helpful. People will wait in line freezing cold temperatures no matter what to get deals even name brand like Lululemon. For the final total I spent at this sale, it would be cost to over $500 but got everything I picked under $200, with no sales tax. Great deal. *Remember you cannot make returns as these are final sales here and at all Lululemon outlet stores. Regular store hours are: Sunday thru Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 8pm.

None of their locations are great about stocking a wide variety of college apparel (my favorite team anyway), but this factory store is really bare bones. For example, in the kids' section, there is only one type of Ducks football jersey in a couple of sizes and I don't think the prices are discounted much if at all. This was verified the next day at Washington Square Mall. The outlet price was the same as the regular retail store. I always leave thinking they are blowing such an opportunity to make some cash since there isn't a Ducks store between Portland and Eugene.

But I did pick up the mini Trionda World Cup ball. It was same price as the website, $15. The check out was fast and easy. I used my Adidas membership to get points for the purchase. Since I wear New Balance sneakers, I was looking for a specific style, their waterproof walking shoe that rolls when you walk. This technology really helps my plantar fasciitis keeping the weight off of my heal which is so inflamed. Unfortunately they don't carry this particular style but the sales rep showed me a few other options. . Since good walking shoes are expensive, even at the outlet, I didn't want to take a chance on an unknown when I actually have a style that has proven to work for me. Same with their half zip long sleeve shirts, perfect to wear walking or hiking in our many months of 50 degree weather. These outlet malls have huge savings and as a bonus Oregon has no sales tax and bags .are 05 cents vs. Hawaii's .26 cents. Was greeted promptly by the staff working the floor and offered to assist me with anything if needed. They had a great Sale going at the moment with Puma logo Polo shirts for $15 each. The check out process went without a hitch and I left very happy and satisfied.

It's one of the main stores I hit whenever I'm town and especially whenever I'm looking for anything that isn't Nike or Adidas. With the closing of the Pearl District location (http://www.yelp.com/biz/puma-portland), the pickens for anything Puma related in the area have become that much smaller. Much to the disappointment of Puma fans, the place is only a quarter of the size of the nearby Nike outlet. There are a handful of clothing racks for both men's and women's and the back area is for the limited footwear selection. While they don't have a lot of sales, the deals that can be found here are pretty solid. Customer service is one thing they do well here. For anything I've ever needed help on the Puma people behind the counter are right on it. Though one thing that strikes me is the fact they're decked out in Puma gear that is almost never found in the store. It's another mini reminder this Puma location is more outlet than retail.

So when I saw an ASICS at Woodbury, I was overjoyed. The store is bright, well laid out, lots of benches to sit and try on shoes, and mirrors to see how they look. Those working here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In most stores, I like to do my own thing but when it comes to selecting and ensuring a proper fit with shoes, I let the experts guide me. They spend as much time with you as needed, never pressuring a sale. The ASICS brand is high quality; mine last several seasons. Their designs are also beautiful. Support shoes that are comfortable and look great! Yes, it's possible! Oh, and they have name brand athletic wear at great prices! Now the big question, and the most important, does the outlet store truly have outlet prices? Yes! No gimmicks. No jacking prices up and layering discounts. Eventually a manager came to help her and the two of them continued to work on whatever the issue was. The original cashier just stood there, doing nothing at all. Eventually another cashier came to open another register and then her customer had an issue. Now those of us in line have been there at least 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by anyone anywhere. We customers may as well been invisible. I knew there were at least 2 more workers in the store, one in the back corner straightening out the clearance racks (hardly a priority when you have customers waiting for 20+ minutes to purchase their items). I understand that there can be issues at the register, no prob. But the utter lack of acknowledging the customers, thanking them for their patience, or proactively calling another employee to help at the cash registers was epic in the utter disregard for customers. I love Columbia but wow, better training is absolutely needed!
