I was told to go to REI supposedly because they stand behind their products. Oh was I wrong. I even bought their membership because I was told I could return my tent for any reason and even no reason whatsoever and get my $ back. The grommets ripped out of my tent and all of the stakes bent so easily when the wind picked up. All of my coworkers who bought their tents at walmart returned their tents and got brand new ones.I paid three times as much for my tent and was told all these promises.And when I went to return it, they said, no, you're effed. Screw off we won't take it back. I highly do not recommend.Do not listen to anyone there.And buy your stuff somewhere else.Horrible company.That's why they're closing all their stores. At Dick's, I found a case which indeed contained optics, and among the off-brands, found two pairs of Nikons, both priced lower than the nearby W***m***, and one of better quality. The very helpful salesperson allowed me to open the boxes and look through both. I was able to make a selection and I was very happy with it. Best Western Wear Store Ever…read more Just went to this store for the first time. My wife and I were very impressed with the amount of stocked items, the variety and quality. Very friendly and helpful store staff. We received outstanding customer service from Andrea! They are located an hour drive from our house but we won't shop anywhere else for our western wear!

I went in, and Bellah was so kind, polite and ready to help us, being attentive but in no way overbearing. Neither of the journeys stores in Salem had my size, so I was a little sad, but Bellah took care of it. She ordered my size, and even gave me 15% off (which is a lot considering the shoes were $140). She was swift, knowledgeable, and funny. She made my brief journeys experience a nice one. This is probably my favorite store at the Woodburn outlets. As one would imagine, they exclusively…read moresell Volcom brand items, and their Target customers are skateboarders, snowboarders, and people who enjoy those styles of chlothes. What is special about this store is that they have some really aggressive sales allowing you to get quality chlothing and some of the best outerwear in the industry at amazing prices. I recently visited this location in November, and was lucky enough to make my purchases during a particularly good sale: 40% off all items in the store, with additional 20% off the subtotal. I came in to get a couple pairs of their jeans, and was able to leave with 1 sweatshirt, 1 T-shirt, and 2 pairs of their denim for a total of $89.76. Normally these items would have came to about $190, but that's why I went to the Woodburn outlets. It's not uncommon at all to find them running sales like 40%-60% off the entire store, which is an amazing value if you're a fan of their pieces. This store can be quite handy if you're a snowboarder since outerwear is typically painfully expensive, and Volcom makes some of the highest quality stuff in the industry. However, no matter what you are buying here, you'll get an excellent deal and get to enjoy having the luxury of a huge selection of colors and fits on everything in the current line of chlothing, something you won't be able to do at any other Volcom retailer.
