If you've ever suffered from chronic severe plantar fasciitis you know the hopelessness, frustration, despair, and chronic pain that greets every day. At one point I honestly was just feeling like please amputate my foot and just be done with this! When your mobility is effected, it has a domino effect on so many other areas of our life. For example with that kind of pain constant, I was no longer able to go to the gym. So then My stress level started increasing because I couldn't burn it off sweating it out. Then I started eating more food because I got stressed. Which made me put on more weight. Which made me more depressed. Which caused more pain on my planter fasciitis because I was carrying more weight on it and putting more pressure on the heel. Then I started getting more irritable. He gave a shot (that did not hurt very much) at least not as much as I 'd anticipated :) and the pain subsided in a couple days allowing me to do the bucket list trip with my son. Now 3 years later they still don't hurt at all. But now my big toe moved away from the pack creating a big gap, a strange condition. Not much pain involved.
