Very fast appointment. 3 years later, I needed new orthotics. I called and said I would like to have a reprint of my orthotics sent. The front desk was rude, got upset when I asked to speak to a "secretary" I guess she preferred reception. Her response was "we don't have secretary's here". Ok relax, you work in an office, for a doctor and you answer phones. Definitely not a fan of the reception ladies. I won't be back. I can only imagine what my insurance got hit with for this visit.

So, I remembered Dr ticker and returned. He reviewed my mri and ran me through a few tests. He said I needed surgery and showed me a book of what my shoulder should look like and what happened. I asked, who wrote these books? He responded, I did. He performed the surgery on my right shoulder and I'd like to say it was perfect and I haven't had any issues with it, it's been 8 years.
