She said she would send my scripts to pharmacy. She did not. She told me to wait on a very long line to get an appointment for December. I left and will make it by phone if I do. The thought of going back to that office is a complete turn off. when I suggested that the wait time in exam room was excessive, PA told me that they had a lot of patients! I was going to say that that is why we have APPOINTMENTS, but didn't wish to continue this very unfruitful discussion.

He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Although the building is old the office itself is clean and neat and the office managers are very friendly and polite . I was administered a cortisone shot and had X-ray s and an MRI . Although the MRI showed I did have a small rotor cuff tear he suggested Physical Therapy and did not push surgery My shoulder got better over time so far no surgery needed ! Now my other shoulder is bothering me . So today was back to see Dr . Lastihenos . Once again pleasant and professional . Still following COVID rules , masks and distancing . Great staff !
