When I retained his counsel, one of the first things Attorney Smith told me was that he felt there were times his clients needed to have their hand held, and other times when they might require a compassionate kick in the butt (not his exact words, but something to that effect). For the nine months he represented me though this trying time of my life, he stayed true to that proclamation. The patience shown by his paralegal (Maria) on days when I was close to a meltdown was also greatly appreciated. I am relieved it is over, and I am beyond grateful that I ended up with the perfect law firm to take me though the process. I paid them to fill out forms and they were not filled correctly so they had to be redone many times. Then attorney Smith would take it out on me. I would never recommend this attorney because he must of had rough days often and he would take it out on me with his attitude. If I would have had the money for another retainer fee I would have gotten another attorney when I started my case.

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM! I just needed to be named administrator of my fathers estate. After…read morespending over 8k, I finally was named administrator, but was still getting charged many extra unknown charges for emails that either I did not receive or because the email was not clear so they emailed again then called my fiance and then me for which I got charged each time. I had to call the courts to get the actual documents and then I had to file them with the clerks office myself. Now, they just sent another bill for over 200 when I have not done anything with them for over a month. When I called, the office they told me that I would have to email. The first girl said she couldn't talk to me since she felt my raised level of speaking was directly at her, which it was not, so called back and the guy said no one was there that I could talk to. I requested that they send me to voicemail but then he put me on hold and never came back. I just wanted to know why I had received another bill after I just paid them off. Very poor service, I would never recommend them. Please, please, listen, get a lawyer that will work directly with you, not a law firm that keeps passing you around and charging each time, in which case you pay three times what it should have been once.

He gave me lots of his time and I never felt rushed like I have talking with other lawyers in the past. I could tell he's fully invested in his clients and really cares. He's also really good at explaining complex law in a way that is understandable and actionable. He's been doing this for many years and it shows. The rest of the staff there are super friendly and professional as well. Their office is nice and clean and has little things like free drinks/coffee and snacks in the waiting room which are a great touch. Overall would highly recommend!

Tyler- he is truly a good person. He is not your typical money-hungry attorney. He actually cares and is very up front about everything. She was a rock throughout all of this and never once made me feel like I was bothering her with my daily (and sometimes hourly) questions.
