It was suggested by a family member to try acupuncture. I was desperate and decided to give it a try. While filling out the first visit form I was wondering what sticking needles into me would do, I thought about walking out. If I walked out I would have made a big mistake! Dr Luo reassured me that she could help me, I gave it a shot. What can I say, it worked the first time! It does not hurt and she placed those needles with such expertise and skill I was amazed! Normally when people have an ileus they go to the hospital get a naso gastric tube into the nose down to the stomach, I'm a nurse and did not want to go through that discomfort. Dr Luo truly fixed the problem and I felt better in two days. Don't knock it unless you try it. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you Dr Luo!

They said that they verify your insurance benefits and contact you within 24-48 hours prior to your visit. This never happened in my case. As I stated in my first review, they never even asked me for my insurance card... only telling me when I got there that they didn't need to even see my insurance card! I have no reason to make this up, as I am now out of quite a bit of money because of the negligence and unprofessional front desk personnel. If they do, in fact, have qualified office staff to verify insurance for patients, they aren't doing their job very well, or in my case, at all.

A personal friend recommended I meet with Doctor Cybularz; this was my first time using acupuncture and Chinese herbs as an alternative to western medicine. He took the time to make sure I understood not only the treatments available but also my condition.
