I absolutely adore Dr. Rozelle. I came to Mindspa for a consultation after my therapist recommended this business, after she had a visit herself a few years ago. Before my appointment, I researched Dr. Rozelle and this man is a life saving PIONEER. And my consultation with him only further confirmed this. While I did a lot of the talking, I could've spent hours just LISTENING to this man speak. His knowledge is profound and I wish my consultation was longer than an hour just so I could pick his brain some more. But before my appointment, I already knew the hour and 15 minute drive one way from Tampa was going to be worth it.. all after one call to Mindspa to inquire about a consultation. Their office manager, Angela has to be one of the most sincerely kind people I've ever crossed paths with. She spent so much time on the phone with me, gathering details so she could help me find additional resources that could help me on my healing journey. And text me the links to each and everyone one of them. That particular day, I was having a real doozy of a day. And Angela's time and kindness genuinely turned around my whole mood and outlook on what is possible. And the possibilities, my friends, are endless. Don't give up. A clean spa. I went for the flotation tank which I totally enjoyed. The room was well kept with a nice shower and towels. The tank was in good condition with a variety of floating aids if needed. Recommend for any first time floaters. Suggest calling ahead for an appointment. read more

I've met with Rachel Toomim a few times now and although I was a bit apprehensive about acupuncture​, I tried it out for a back injury, migraine relief, and some eye pain. My eyes haven't given me as much trouble as they have for most of my adult life and I feel like my allergies are way less harsh than years in the past. I'm excited to continue treatment. read more

This is my second experience with floating, the first being at the original Mind Spa location in their (older) Samadhi Tank. I enjoyed my one hour float and felt it was time to now try a two hour float at the new location, in the new float pod. The new building is much bigger and much more zen-like! The float pod room itself is warm and mellow and equipped with a waterfall shower with organic shampoo and body wash, a robe, towel, ear plugs and light in a dimmer available. The new float pod is as visually stunning as it is effective for relaxation. Soft music is piped in for the first 5 minutes or so and a soft blue light gently illuminates the salty water for entry into the pod. I love that both the light and music automatically shut off when ready to float in the pod! As a longtime meditator with an interest in alternative and holistic healing, floating provides me with the space, time and ideal conditions for inner exploration. I chose complete darkness and total silence. The only sound I could hear when my ears were not submerged was the ticking of the clock one room. Added features of the pod such as the spray bottle filled with fresh water and a dry small towel were appreciated! I found myself using the bottle to rinse my eyes a few times. Thank you for including that! I won't go into the details of my experience except to say that it is not until you are immersed in a sensation deprived environment that you realize how active and chaotic your mind really is! When my two hours were up the light clicked on and the filters started a bit after that. A nice touch I thought, as in my previous float (old location and old tank) I was overly concerned about not hearing the timer chime. This left no doubt. I will be back again for the two hour float! As I arrived I felt comfortable, but after I spoke with the doctor I was livid. From somebody who spends their free time studying, I was able to realize the doctor is basically stealing peoples money. Over the phone they advised me my appointment will cost $150 for a "consultation". I didn't realize the consultation would be simply a therapy session. He let me rant for 45 minutes about myself. Then advised me of how much it would cost for me to get some treatment at his clinic. Which was approximately $8500. After I had just explained to this guy how I refuse to pay $10 for a bag of grapes at public's. After my appointment when I thought 8k was a reasonable price for the treatment he went and advised both his assistance and they were thrilled! After doing some practical thinking I realized I cannot afford that. And it's just really a shame because I had in with such high hopes, guess that really just goes to show I cannot trust one single doctor on this planet. Guess I can do nothing else but trust to take care of myself, if you guys would love to make this right you can give me a refund of my $150 that I worked very hard for. - Macey Jones read more

My girlfriend and I tried out the Infrared Sauna, Float-tank and Massage Therapy by Debi. Everything was awesome, definitely felt reset and ready for the weekend. The woman at the front desk when I called was very rude, I had received a gift certificate a little over a year ago and when I called she tried to tell me it was expired. On the card it didn't say anything about an expiration. So I booked an appointment for a float tank. I was a little apprehensive since I knew nothing about what that was. I went in the next day with my gift card and she swiped it a few times and said that there was nothing on it... Then she said well you know the cards just sit out on the counter all the time. SHE WAS SAYING I STOLE THE CARD. I've come here to relax you must me joking?! So she swiped a few more times of course it went thru. She led me to the tank where I floated but not for the entire time I was too upset to relax after being accused of theft. Will not recommend or return. read more

Friendly, warm, relaxing environment. As a regular floater (sensory deprivation), I was quite impressed and pleased by the accommodations and pricing. The float room was well stocked with necessary items, and the pods are new and kept in great shape. In addition to floating services, I saw Ken for an issue with my right shoulder, and after only a single visit I already feel better. I highly recommend this place if you need treatment for chronic issues or if you simply want to relax/meditate in a float pod. FIVE STARS!!!! read more

I was referred to Dr. Toomim by a neighbor to help with allergies. I've had allergies for the past 8 years, getting progressively worse. I had to keep changing medications when they stopped working. When I was on 3 meds a day year round and still couldn't breathe, I'd had enough! It was either monthly shots/ more meds or try something else. Several friends had been telling me to try acupuncture. I finally did it. It took 11 visits to see results. Now I can breath with no problem and NO MEDS at all!!!!!!! I still can't believe it. I still have some drainage and occasional stuffiness but I haven't had a cold or sinus infection since beginning acupuncture in March 2019. I recommend Dr. Toomim, as she is very thorough and targeted in her approach. She explains what she's doing and why. I am grateful!!! read more
