I have been doing TM twice a day now for almost a month. It has greatly helped me. I was a little skeptical at first. When I first walked into the office I noticed the smell of smoke which kind of grossed me out. The smell is from incents they burn during brief ceremonies. When it was time for my ceremony, I asked the instructor to put it out because I could not stand the smell of smoke. He immediately put it out and did the ceremony without the smoke. I highly recommend this place to learn the TM process. I had a little anxiety about sitting still with my eyes closed but I powered through and feel much better today after going through the classes.

During ceremonies, the temple is crowded. Parking is well organized with street lights and attendants. Parking is free. My bestie and I were the only Caucasian's; everybody else were Asians. There are a couple etchings and writings in English. The temple is slowly working on providing English translations. Several monks are available and happy to assist with any questions or explanations. A free lunch (vegetarian) and tea is offered for those interested. This offering is potluck style with many dishes being homemade. The grounds are absolutely lovely. We both enjoyed strolling every inch and admiring the art and vivid colors.
