A quick commute off of I5. Located near the theater with their own parking lot. Two studio rooms where they teach a variety of classes from Power Vinyasa to Candlelight Yin. And have special events such as Sound Baths, community BINGO, bring a friend month, etc. One room is FIRE (heated) and EARTH (non heated). There are cabinets and lockers to store your belongings and accessible shower rooms. They also have yoga mats and towels to rent. Their app is easy to use to purchase classes/memberships, sign up for classes, and special events, etc. Yoga instructors are very passionate, knowledgeable and professional in their craft. Each one of them are unique and personal of their own. You'll find an instructor that best suits you; ranging from stretching your limits (huffing and puffing to insanely high difficulty session) to the feeling of a therapeutic practice (healing and rejuvenating). It's a great deal to start to see if its for you or not. And what's awesome about this place it's a local business, not a franchise. Overall grade 10/10 due to the professional, positive, and passionate staff, cleanliness, affordable and community based business.

This studio is fancy and new. It has a large parking lot out front and two studios (one hot, one not) on the inside. The hot room is big with lots of space to stretch out, making classes with lots of people still feel spacious. Showers and large locker rooms available. My friend is a fan of juicy balls sold in the refrigerated case. There is a great introductory offer as an incentive for you to come in and check it out. A little bit fancier than most yoga studios in the area with kombucha and cold brew available on tap. I also much appreciate the peppermint cold towel provided at the end of yoga session. It's so refreshing after a hot class and leaves you feeling less sweaty and gross when you head out the door. Juicy strong and power vinyasa will have you feeling very sweaty. The heat here seems more wet than at other places. Jeni and Brett are both great instructors. Lots of energy in the hot room. I really enjoyed the Bingo game played over the summer and look forward to exploring some of the upcoming workshops. A little pricier than some of the other yoga options in the area, but definitely worth checking out.

Christine, Juicy Strong instructor! Her class is awesome....Pure Sweat Sesh and feeling reinvigorated after...

I'm a reformer Pilates girl, so the Xformer was a bit of an adjustment for me. But all of the instructors are super awesome in helping me use the Xformer properly. The best part? The playlists! It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. I loved my experience so much that I even bought a pair of biker shorts with the cut + flow logo and new grip socks as a little souvenir. I can't wait to come back to Cut + Flow!

Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

The bed is adjustable in height which I have never experienced before, it's cool! I prefer a stronger, deeper technique and Marin delivers as much as I can stand.
