The staff do not keep up with cleaning off the tables, chairs, benches, and the floor. I have observed this on every dine in experience. The napkins are hidden behind the register. I wish that restaurants offering fresh produce would use organic for the dirty dozen which Crisp & Green does not. The sound level is good because I have never seen it crowded. The parking lot can sometimes be full but there is a lower level. I like the wraps, salads, smoothies, and açaí bowls. Focus on customer service and cleanliness for 4 and 5 star reviews!

It had mixed greens, romain, tomatoes, cucumber, blackened chicken thighs, avocado, bacon, pickled onions and ranch dressing. Overall it was a decent salad. The chicken had nice flavor and it was a great mix. While the ranch dressing was tasty and herbaceous, it was also pretty intense. I didn't mind it too much. The veggies were fresh. My complaints with the salad that made it just okay, came from the soggy mix greens and the over red wine vinegar taste of the pickled onions. I couldn't even eat the onions and I love a good pickled onion.

The "crispy" tofu was tofu that was completely fried so it had a texture like a crunchy zwiebach cracker/rusk -- I had been envisioning something with some softness and a chewy exterior. My beverage was a lavender Palmer that was a pint jar of lemonade with some lavender tea on top. For those two items it was $27. I have some oral allergy issues and after eating, I had a "burned" mouth feeling like I get from tahini, walnut or eggplant. I don't think any of these ingredients would have been in the salad, but I do not have an issue with peanuts (eat them all the time). I called to ask if the dressing had tahini in it and was told no, but it still concerned me.
