This location is in my neighborhood and I want to highly recommended my local shops but this Crisp & Green makes it impossible. The food is good, the service is slow, the decor is beautiful green and white, but the dining area is always filthy. The staff do not keep up with cleaning off the tables, chairs, benches, and the floor. I have observed this on every dine in experience. The napkins are hidden behind the register. I wish that restaurants offering fresh produce would use organic for the dirty dozen which Crisp & Green does not. The sound level is good because I have never seen it crowded. The parking lot can sometimes be full but there is a lower level. I like the wraps, salads, smoothies, and açaí bowls. Focus on customer service and cleanliness for 4 and 5 star reviews! read more

Our company does weekly lunches and to start the year off right we ordered from Crisp and Greens, providing the employees with a healthy option to start the year. They could pick a bowl or salad. All the ordering was done online and was delivered to us, so I did not have any interaction with the staff or get a vibe for the location. My biggest pet peeve with doing large orders online is that many places don't label what the item is. So it takes longer trying to figure out what the food is and who ordered that particular item. This place was even harder because many of the menu items had the same ingredients. I personally chose the Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. It had mixed greens, romain, tomatoes, cucumber, blackened chicken thighs, avocado, bacon, pickled onions and ranch dressing. Overall it was a decent salad. The chicken had nice flavor and it was a great mix. While the ranch dressing was tasty and herbaceous, it was also pretty intense. I didn't mind it too much. The veggies were fresh. My complaints with the salad that made it just okay, came from the soggy mix greens and the over red wine vinegar taste of the pickled onions. The staff here has completely ruined this place. I came in yesterday when they were slow and was sort of acknowledged by one of the team members, but wasn't sure what was happening. She was refilling some of the items but it took about 5 minutes for her to come over for my order. Clean bright white and airy feel to the restaurant. You stand in line and chose between a wrap, salad or warm grain bowls. I got the wild wild southwest salad. It came with a mix of spinach and arugula. I chose not to get the arugula as it was brown and wilted. Which I felt a bit funny since the restaurant is called crisp and green :) By the time they put all the ingredients in, some of them being warm toppings, my salad was a bit warm itself. I do appreciate they ask if you want light, medium or heavy dressing and they mix it right there for you. The salad was OK. Nothing exciting. I am very upset. I just left this place. I placed an online pickup order which was promised to be ready by 12:19pm. I got there at 12:20pm and it wasn't ready. I didn't leave with the food until 12:36pm and the order was only 2 items. This is ridiculous. I was asked by different staff members if I'm waiting for something about every 5 minutes or so but then they still didn't proceed to get my order ready. I watched over 20 customers trickle in over the time I was waiting and they all left with food while I was still waiting. They didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience, not even a drink or cookie. This level of customer service is horrendous. People order ahead online because they are short on time and need to keep things moving. Your staff just wasted a lot of time in my day and couldn't even be bothered. I came in for a Yelp Elite event about a month ago and it was so delicious and fresh and I have been having a craving for the scrumptious Mother of Dragon Fruit smoothie and finally had a chance to come in and get it. As soon as I walked inside, the delicious aromas hit me and wish I could have eaten one of their delicious bowls, but had to make dinner for my parents so only had a chance to get the yummy smoothie for me and my mom (so she could try it-absolutely loved it!) Location was easy to find. Thankfully there is an actual parking lot available to park in. As we were driving there i didn't know if it would be only street parking and was pleasantly surprised. I was nearby for a Yelp elite event and decided to grab some lunch before heading out. I really needed something light and fresh so Crisp & Green fit the bill. I ordered the Cobb Salad to go with dressing on the side since I was waiting to eat once I got home. I had a solid 20-25 minute drive and it held up great! I really liked their green goddess dressing instead of the usual ranch that comes with most cobb salads. Service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. I was excited to try this place out during the Yelp Elite event. It was a good reason to come to this side of town and I was glad to try something new. I met with my wife here and we chose the Seoul bowl and the Fiesta bowl. Both were packed full of fresh ingredients and were filling. I really enjoyed the roasted mushrooms in the Seoul bowl. I also tried some agua frescas - I mixed the raspberry lemon with the pineapple ginger which was suggested by the staff. I also got a refill of strawberry jalapeno. Both were good, with just a touch of sweetness. The staff were very helpful while ordering, making suggestions and answering any questions I had. It was very clean inside and you could see all the ingredients displayed behind them. They also had a small patio out front and we sat outside with our dog. The first thing to catch my eye on the menu was the Shrimply Irresistible salad. Looked tasty however after the manual labor of moving out of my apartment and then riding my bike around planet Phoenix, Arizona in 100 degree weather-- I was in need of more than 350 calories. Thank you Yelp and Crisp and Green for giving me the opportunity to try a bowl on them! They may have literally brought me back from the dead. I opted for the Seoul bowl and asked the guy at the counter if I could substitute shrimp and chicken for tofu and he said that every meal can be customized. There is also a build your own bowl option, but I had already spent most of my braincells for the day. Except that I should have asked for more gochujang sauce, the meal was perfect. There are a variety of aqua frescas you can serve yourself. To quell my heat stroke, I guzzled three refills of fresh brewed Iced tean and tried a sip of the Pineapple Ginger and the Strawberry Jalapeño agua fresca flavors, and they were tasty. Other available flavors are Blueberry Mint, Lemon Raspberry, Pomegranate Lemon Right now I'm disgusted by a lot of things with life on Earth and it is a struggle to put food in my face sometimes. My body will definitely reject flaming hot Cheetos and Mountain Dew. If I even feel like eating, it's important that the food is produced with clean and natural ingredients. "Oooh, not too sweet!" is probably one of the best Asian compliment you can get on any dessert/sweets and that was my first thought when I tried the Big Island Smoothie. Thanks to the Yelp YES event that brought me down to Lowry area (honestly I don't love coming to this area because it's not easily accessible from the freeways but wanted to come support new local business... super excited they're opening up another location in Denver West soon, and also locations 4 - 6). I can't come try a new place and get something for me but not get something for the family! I was so set on "No Prob Cobb" but the rest of my fam did too.. so I tried Roman's recommendation of Seoul Bowl because that was his favorite, and he likes chicken with it instead of tofu. I did the half chicken and half tofu - gotta try the OG - tofu was nicely done and the chicken was moist. The fam also ordered the No Prob Cobb x 2 (one without jalapenos) and little chef salad with bacon added. The dressing for the No Prob Cobb was slightly on the salty side, in case your group had an Asian mom in the mix and everything can be too salty/sweet lol. (Just a heads up, she skipped the dressing). When I go to a salad place, I always get a little worried about the lettuce been too stale, or a little passed their prime with little brown edges... not here! Everything looked super fresh, tasted fresh too and I was impressed. The volume of the salad was filling and love the added touch of tortilla chips topping or a half slice of bread, it worked really well to pick up that last bite. The location was super clean, bright like other reviews mentioned, and great customer service. I didn't catch the name of the manager (she's wearing black in my picture of the salad bar) and the other gentleman (I want to say his name was Safwan?) everyone was super kind and attentive, made great recommendations. Roman was about to go get his pinky surgery next day so he couldn't mix my salad for me but I hope all the best for him and that his surgery went smoothly. Lastly, that big island smoothie, it was so good and not too sweet! Def check them out, support local! In fast food era, its so nice to have places like this for quick dine-in/take out option. I went during the lunch hour and was pleasantly surprised that almost every table was filled with people and no one in line. Right time - right place I guess. The place was spotless. The kitchen and work area (including the fridges) are in plain sight so you can see how food is stored and prepared. I was immediately greeted by the manager who walked me through the menu and drink options. I would have never ordered an aqua fresca if it wasn't for him. They publish the total calories so I reminded me to go healthy. I ended up going with the Wild Wild Southwest salad which had a ton of ingredients. I was given a choice of dressings and went with the recommended creamy southwestern dressing. Upon recommendation, I ordered the pomegranate lemon Fresca which is made fresh daily. Very refreshing on a hot summer day like today. Looking forward to trying the strawberry jalapeño next time. I ordered to-go and was in and out the door in less than 8 minutes. Wednesday lunch time the line was 10 deep but moved quickly. Parking was easy and the new TarJay has a underground lot, no metro stop unfortunately. Boulevard One Lowry is a new sustainable neighborhood with around 200 homes and 400 apartments. Some row homes starting at $600k which is a steal in Denver standards. Crisp & Green has locations in 18 states which I like because I want my "Thai & Stop Me" salad to taste exactly the same next time when I visit. Shrimp protein good portion and friendly service. They also make smoothies and Açaí bowls, and house made aqua fresh (ginger pineapple). The outdoor patio fireplace also looks cozy with south facing sun and complementary Vitamin D. They have real silver ware and also compostable forks for takeout. Yoga 6 , I scream gelato, and Scissors & Scotch all located nearby. So a one stop shop for soccer moms and baseball dads. There was also 16 Tesla supercharger (250kW) stations nearby. Eat vegetables, drive Lithium-ion, composting sporks, terra is saved. read more

Fantastic salad/bowl type restaurant with a great drink menu to boot. All of the items looked so fresh and healthy it was hard to choose. I went with the Fiesta bowl which was a southwestern inspired chicken bowl with a delicious lime dressing. I paired it with a smoothie called Date Night which balanced the acid with sweet. The portions were huge and almost enough for 2 people or just one hungry person with a small for later. I will definitely be back. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the staff member making my food was playing with her hair while wearing the gloves she then used to serve food. read more

The bowls were so filling we made them into two lunches and they were packed with flavor. They have tons of dressing options too, so I would recommend customizing your salad, bowl! I really appreciated that they used different bowls and tons to toss the salads, minimizing any chance of cross contamination. The smoothies were tasty, however they both carried a very strong protein powder flavor. If you're looking for something more fruity I would stick with the agua frescas.
