Much to my surprise, he was rude to me. He told me to "shut the hell up" and that "I'm selfish, ungrateful, stubborn, & judgmental." Also, he said that "I WASTED my good valuable time giving you objective thoughts." I would think that someone willing to help others would be more understanding, compassionate, and empathic to the person, but I have received nothing of the sort from him. He has been rude, called me names, and flat-out unprofessional. He doesn't know how to deal with someone that struggling emotionally. I wrote a review on my interactions with frank on Facebook and yelp. Not only were both of my reviews "mysterious" deleted, but not only did he get my IP address and threatened to get his father and the police involved, but Frank has slandered my name and threatened to go after my family. He said, "if I cannot get to you directly, we will go through your family members..." He was trying to bully me into silence because I dared to criticize him. Frank wants to portray this image of him being a nice, fun life coach guy. When the real him is a pity, vindictive, insecure man that can't take criticism. read more

Frank is an extremely thoughtful person. You may think a life coach would guide you through concrete specific aspects of your life like finance, career development or fitness. Frank does that, but he is also able to help with deeper emotional and psychological issues that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. Frank is one of the people you first meet, and go wow he is really is down to earth and willing to listen to you as a life coach. I have never really opened up to anyone like I have Frank, he makes it feel like you sitting with an old friend and just shooting the breeze. He is not there to just rush you thought the sessions, he sits and talks to you and even helps find ways to make the problem easier to handle and how to over come them. I've had different life coaches in the past, and none can compare or even come close to Frank. I am grateful to have found him as a life coach, he has done so much more for me then any of the others in the past. Frank provides that unusual combination of youth, and therefore "connectedness" to our present world, and maturity, wisdom and life experience not common in a person his age. As a gay man who has chosen to remain in a heterosexual marriage, I sought a life coach who would be non-judgmental and not seek to persuade me that the inherent conflicts in my personal life were unsustainable. He has been that coach, and more. I have been working with him for 8 months now, and have particularly appreciated his ability to lead me to insights about my behaviors, as well as the practical solutions he proposes to address seemingly intractable problems. On 12/27/2018, I met with Frank for a two-hour session. Initially, I was slightly hesitant due to the fact that I had never experienced life coaching before. Still, part of the reason that I was seeking life coaching was because of my hesitance with life experiences. To begin with, Frank starts with a phone consultation to ease you into the process should you continue and I must say, I am glad I did. Frank's environment is warm, therapeutic and relaxing. Here, I felt I could be myself, speak the words that I have held within and banter on various topics like a plethora of us do in life...hence, life coaching. "Amazing person, in so many ways. So thankful for all of the invaluable tools he has given me. I don't want to give away all of his secrets, but one example of an exercise Frank gave me that catapulted my transformation was giving my living space a makeover. Very charming, easy to get along with, down to earth guy! I instantly felt comfortable when we started our consultation session via Skype. Frank is a well-rounded individual who makes you feel at ease, shows concern and understanding, is an excellent listener, and encourages you talk about yourself - which if you're like me, you're used to - so that he can better understand what areas of your life need encouraging and cultivating, and how to move forward as a team in achieving those goals that you have set and he will help you accomplish. I must point out that I am from a low income background - I live frugally - and Frank is more than fair in working within your budget - not for a second did i feel shunned or shoved aside just because of my financial status. I've just begun working with Frank over the last couple of weeks. His warmth and generosity of spirit is immediate whether it is through a Skype session or in person. Like any good coach, Frank listens without judgement and tries to get to the root of the problem so work can begin to get back on track whether it's regarding career, relationships, or intimacy. His confidence as a person is already inspiring me to be more confident in myself (which is no easy task). He's great at giving specific suggestions as to how to proceed which is a wonderful change from therapy where a question is usually only answered by another question. This is not the case with Frank. Although I worked with Frank for only a short while, I found my investment in both time and money very well spent. In addition to being one hell of a nice guy and someone who certainly seems to have found his calling in life, Frank was instrumental in helping me prioritize the aspects of my life which needed focus in order to implement change. Frank spoke at an alumni event for a residential school for at risk young men and their families. He was able to engage everyone: from present day youth to long time alumni, to parents and donors to the program. Incredible man who knows from where he speaks. I've seen him grow into an admirable person from a troubled teen. He's been by my sons side and my son has had quite a few very rough years.
