They keep a good inventory from two horse bumper pulls all the way up to the giant living quarters trailers. They also sell used trailers and offer trailer repairs and can fix just about anything you bring them. The store also sells roping supplies, saddles and tack. We needed some misc. parts to keep out horse trailer functional and they were more than accomidating. If I ever need a new trailer, they'll be my first stop.

I was going to have to drive back from up north to pick up a ramp. Randy then can along and said and asked a few more questions and was able to get me the ramp before I left the store. I was like, "YES!" Often times people forget there are side stories to each customer which are not heard. Randy was just concerned about me having to return again the following week and accommodated my purchase that day. What he didn't know was that, we were going to need to go get my daughter's car and that wait time would have put us a week behind. What he didn't know was that I was already frustrated because my GPS led me to some place in Saratoga Springs and I would have been here 30 minutes sooner. What he didn't know was that me walking out of that store with the ramp that day determined a course of event over the next few days. So thank you, Randy and team. At first they worked perfectly, but after about 3 hours of use, they started flickering. After I contacted them, they made me ship them back, 3 weeks later, they said there was nothing wrong with them, and yes, I did send them the same video I attached to this complaint. They charged me $50 to ship them back, not fixed. The lights are brand new and are defective, and they do not stand behind their product or their warranty. I have purchased many things in the past from this company, but this is the first time I had an issue and am very disapointed on how they handled this and will not deal with this company again. It was a $500 learning lesson
